Their initial response was within 30 minutes of my call, on a Sunday morning. The technician, Tom was extremely professional, polite and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and said a new part had to be ordered. Amanda ordered the part the next day and it arrived 3 days later. That afternoon, Tom and another technician arrived at my house and installed the new part and were done within an hour. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. In a time when customer service seems to be going the way of the dinosaur, it was so nice to deal with a company that has an old school

This is the 3rd year I call St. Louis Air Conditioning to perform maintenance to my unit both AC and heater. So far on all appointments they have been on time, they send appointment reminders, call in advance to let me know the eta and the technician's name so in all I feel pretty comfortable they are reliable.

St Louis is the best, have done many services over the last 20 years. Last night the AC stopped(Sunday evening). Tom came within 15 minutes and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. Excellent service.

AC went out suddenly with 95 degree temperature out side, called a couple of places and got answering systems until I got to St.Louis repair. Mary helped me right away and sent Ryan out within the hour. Took him a couple of hours and got it running for less than I thought he would charge. Excellent service, will call them when a replacement is due.

Great team here. Amanda and Mary are super in the office and the technicians are professional and polite. I had a new system installed in October 2020 and it was having a drainage issue. Shout out to Randy who came and couldn’t leave until he was satisfied all was well! Great job and nice young man!

I would recommend St Louis Air conditioning to anyone John the estimator came to my house on Thursday morning at 9:00am he said he would be back by 1:00 o'clock with a quote and he was he said they could install the new unit on Tuesday.My old unit was leaking Freon from the coils John said they would be by that afternoon to put Freon in my old unit to hold us over till Tuesday and they did at no charge to me. He said we did not have to pay them until Tuesday afternoon when the gob was done.Two workers should up Tuesday morning and by 1:00 pm they were wrapping up. Our new unit is wonderful
