I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Beechmont Toyota. Please when looking at buying a car stay away from here !!!! My fiancé and her daughter went to buy a used car and got scammed ! Paid thousands over the kbb used car value over 5000$$ ! Not only did they do this but sold us a platinum warranty to cover oil changes and service . Was told today that it’s a coupon program and only discounts oil… change. Also car is running ruff and would have to pay a diagnostic fee of 150$ They told her everything was covered and got scammed ! Why pay thousands for extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything ! Michael Cornetet sold me my 2022 Sienna, it was on order for almost 3 months and I was definitely annoying with questions leading up to delivery. I had Michael's cell number and he would return texts right away. I would totally buy another vehicle from Michael when I'm ready for one, maybe a Supra or a Tundra. In the past car sales people have always felt more like an opponent that I'm trying to talk down in a price game, but I never had to worry about that with Michael. Do not buy from them. They will make a deal with you then sell the car out from under you while you are driving in to sign the paperwork! We were driving 2.5 hours to sign the final paperwork on the deal we made on the car. Got 20 minutes from dealership and they texted that they sold the car. Poor business practices, and sketchy morals to do that! Would not recommend them and will never use them again!

Update 3/16: I will never buy a car from any other dealership! The customer service is amazing at Beechmont Toyota. Specifically Myron and Jon! They are super easy to work with! I was pretty specific with what… I was wanting and the payment I wanted to be at on my most recent purchase. I honestly didn’t think they could pull it off, but they made the impossible happen!
