Everyone I worked with at Optimum from quotes and scheduling with Elvis to the move day with James and his crew were great. James and his crew arrived on-time and were very respectful in packaging up the furniture.
They took the time to review all the items and made sure delicate and antiques were blanketed and/or boxed. They are hard workers and are 3-D Tetris masters in putting everything into storage. I would definitely use them again for another move and recommend to others. Moving is never easy but the crew from Optimum Moving made everything as seamless as possible!

We had Johan and his crew today overseeing our move-- first let me say that we have moved ten times in the last ten years so we have seen it all before. I have never been more impressed with a company than I am with Optimum! Bert, the owner, is super responsive, offers great advice, and provided white glove service for a complex move out of Manhattan and into storage. The prices are extremely fair and the service is impeccable.
Onto the crew- on moving day, Johan and his guys showed up at 7AM on the dot and got started right away. I was in disbelief by how quickly and efficiently they packed up

Josh and crew did a great job with our move. Optimum was super responsive, and gave us a fair quote. Josh and the crew arrived promptly and were very professional and organized. They took great care of all of our stuff for a full pack and move from a 3 bedroom apartment to a house a couple miles away. The team is fast and careful. We wore masks and kept our distance and felt safe from a covid perspective. Thanks for a great experience and all the great work!!!

OPTIMUM MOVERS IS THE ONLY MOVING COMOANY ANYONE SHOULD USE. They were VERY professional. They were prompt, as a matter of fact they woke me up. The workers handled all of my belongings with love and care. They were very meticulous in the work that they offer. If they took it apart they put it back together. #1 Moving Company, the forman Delvon was great. Don't hesitate to use this company. They tale away any stress you have when your moving they are GREAT.

This is our second time moving with Optimum. Josh and his crew go above and beyond to make moving seamless and easy.
They are very attentive and made sure we were happy with the placement of everything and were willing to rearrange the heavy pieces.

Great moving company (and this comes from someone used to moving). First, Bert came by and did an inventory check on a quick turnaround. Next, they were able to get our move scheduled on a short notice. And of course, the move itself. Delvon and his team were great. They handled everything with care, let us know where they were when first arriving at each home, and were fun to chat with.

So we all know moving is the actual worst, so when a company can take off some of that dread, it goes the longest way.
This is our third time using Optimum Moving and we are blown away by the overall experience, the value for money, and the care that they take with people's belongings. Dave, Chris and Cesar were amazing. Moving is a stressful process but they made it seamless and put us at ease. They were efficient, professional and precise with how they moved all of our possessions and how they packed delicate items like our TV and artwork. We had a complex move - two city-based pick up spots - before our third and final destination and they did it all flawlessly. The pricing and process was transparent and the service exceeded our expectations. The team was pleasant and extremely hardworking - truly a top notch crew.

Did some pretty thorough research before choosing Optimum. Thankfully made the right choice. When I first contacted Optimum, the owner, Justin, responded super quick and scheduled an on-site visit with me (full Covid protocol). He went through everything with me to make sure I understood all the services they provided and was able to turn around a reasonable quote within a day. I've had to move my date around several times over and again, Justin was not only accommodating, but went above and beyond to make sure they were able to keep the price reasonable and still provide a high level of service

I hired this Moving Company recently and honestly from the beginning of the process to the end Josh and his moving crew were understanding with me and fast workers, yet still Respectful/careful while handling my belongings which I appreciated,because the last company I hired damaged some of my belongings in the previous move i had to do.
So as a Disabled Military Veteran I decided to go with this company and would be happy to hire them next time i need to move, because given my unique Medical Condition which requires patience and flexibility this company was willing to go the extra mile
