I was looking for a Ford F-150 Platinum truck, and Douglas Jeep had one in stock that was in immaculate condition inside and out. Ed Scott was very helpful and gracious. I had been on the search for truck for awhile. Autotrader brought me to Douglas Jeep. After taking a look around we were greeted by Barry. What was great about Barry was he waited before approaching me. He gave me enough time to actually look around. He didn’t bombard me as I was getting out of my car. He wasn’t pushy, he helped me through the whole process without overwhelming me. How often is that going to happen at a car dealership never! Ask for Barry he’s great.

Ordered a new car with Karen. I let her know the things I was looking for both financially based on my trade in and the kind of car I wanted. Karen was super friendly and very patient. If she didn't have the answers she got them for me. Some answers they didn't have the exact specs for as far as financially, however, based on my goal they reassured me they would at the very least meet that goal. They followed through and beat my expectations.
