We used John Forster's services in 2015. To be fair, he did a nice job of refinishing a bathroom under the close supervision of our project manager. But when it came to installing a new furnace, ductwork and humidifier for us, he botched the entire job. Yes the furnace works, but it's installed with short cuts, causing the service door access to be awkward. Pipework was run in such a way that it blocked entrance into an important crawl space. The ductwork had aluminum insulation hanging down all over the place. They left a place where a critter could crawl in and die, knowing this was

John and his crew were the best pick for my major remodel. I had extensive remodeling work done on a Berkeley Hills home. We lifted the home, performed seismic strengthening, remodeled a kitchen and four bathrooms. Plus added fences, decks and massive curb appeal! Forster Construction took care of neighbor relations, worked beautifully with my architect and was always available to me. John made my project enjoyable and stress-free and his price was more than fair.
