Kendall is a census-designated place (CDP) based in Miami-Dade County in the state of Florida. The region was severely damaged by Hurricane Andrew in 1992. It took several years to rebuild the area yet again. Since Hurricane Andrew several more hurricanes have struck the region, shattering window panes and furniture of homes that didn't have hurricane windows and doors in Kendall.

I'm so mad! I want my money back!
When Thomas first sold me the contract on 12/18/2020 with ASP windows he told me if I gave him $1,000.00 then my windows would be installed in 9 Months time, Aug/Sept 2021, at the latest? I told him we have an association from the devil and I wanted my money back if he couldn't get it done - so he put that in the final approval measurements contract that we signed. 12 Months later Thomas wouldn't return my calls, text or emails so I contacted (ASP Kendall) that my wife and I had gotten approval from our association in the December 2021 board meeting

PROS: my custom-sized impact French Door was professionally installed, the installers were courteous and left everything in order and clean. ASP associate Luisa Uran went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly and I'm truly grateful for her assistance and kindness. CONS: I wouldn't recommend dealing with sales rep Thomas Rodriguez. I now get the honor of having them install my impact windows and doors at my home and Bruce Lee has been great (yes that’s his actual name) lol. He’s knowledgeable and super helpful. Chris Pouridas did a great job in managing the whole process. Yes there were delays - of course there were there's a pandemic.

My husband and I received quotes and spoke to several (8 to be exact) companies. We checked them out online and decided to use ASP windows. They seemed reputable, great windows, great service... we were sold! Signed the contract on August 31. Since we live in an association, we needed approval from them and received it in October. We were told 3-4 months due to the pandemic... January/February sounded reasonable.

This company has great customer service. The guys came out to give me a quote and worked with me to keep the quote down. They even came back once I got my loan to see how we can trim the cost. I didn't receive a written quote the second time but it would not have been in my budget anyway. I didn't use them becasie i decided on accordian shutters instead. Had I decided to go with windows I would have used this company.

Took 5 days for someone to call me back just to schedule an appointment which would have been 7 days after that. I didn't bother. Every other company I contacted called me back by the next day and had someone out for a home visit within a few days. I initially contacted everyone the same day and have already received numerous quotes and will be ready to sign a contract before they would have even come for a home visit. They get good reviews, but they appear to be busier than they can handle at this point in time.

This has brought the leafy outdoor and pool background into plain view. In the cooler months, we can open up both sides and enjoy outdoor-indoor living.

We were lucky to get Danny Hernandez from ASP as our first and main contact with the company. He was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, kind and overall great advisor. Besides the great reviews that ASP had, he was an important reason why we decided to go through with their company.

After multiple quotes and tons of headaches I found ASP. We were in need of a new door and figured hurricane impact was the way to go... At the trade show I was able to feel the difference in the products between competitors. I fully understand the quality vs price. This company was amazing. They gave me a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, dealt with handling the association approval. Came prepared with their insurance, permits and everything needed. Extremely nice people!!! We were anxious due to the new baby on the way, they made sure to install everything before the baby came and

The 2 installations of beautiful windows and doors were professionally executed. For this we'd give 5 stars. The communication and follow through was 2 stars. This is why the review is 3 stars.
We selected green glass for 2 and 3 door sliders, a cabana door and windows. The product has 3 layers, the frames are sturdy and the door locks have metal rods that extend into the frames. We also selected a huge picture window from their commercial line to replace a triple window. We love all of them.
We are enjoying a quiet house, even when neighbors have parties or their lawn mowers/air conditioners

I do not confuse businesses, especially when I am going to make a large investment.
Proof: I actually WAS contacted by ASP after my review and we reconciled. I spent nearly $15k for a pair of SIW ornamental front doors.

We could not be happier with the way our windows turned out! Everyone was professional and responsive from the start, which is not always the case with any construction or renovation project. Having been through a window replacement at a previous apartment, we expected that we would have a ton of cleaning to do once the installation was complete; we were ecstatic to find that ASP not only set up effective dust barriers but cleaned up so well each day that we had to do almost nothing! I had an excellent experience with ASP Windows. My new hurricane proof windows are high quality and good looking. The price for this home improvement process was fair and the value delivered was high. I received 4 different quotes for windows on my house from area companies and I selected ASP. Three of my neighbors also selected ASP. All of them were happy as well.

I have to say that this is not your average Mickey Mouse company. I have had to renovate my whole house and they have been the only company who has truly provided a professional service. Our salesman Michael showed up on time and provided a very informative presentation. After he left, I felt a clear and honest understanding as to the differences in the different available products. Not only that but he was not pushy and did not trash talk other companies like other window companies did when they came to provide me a quote. I found it pretty insane that companies do that. My wife and I were walking to home depot when we saw the "ASP Windows and Doors" sign. We decided to go on and see what they had. The owner Jonathan happened to be there and he helped us come up with this beautiful design for our front door. We went with the cast iron because you can tell the difference in quality between that and other doors (especially the ones from Home Depot). The other plus is that they can make any design you can imagine. You may have your own drawing or image of what you like and they will provide an auto cad drawing for you to approve before production. Another neat thing
