If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I paid $800 for this company to do nothing!
I have sliding closet doors it two rooms which I asked them to add something so the doors would glide in place. They added $3 pieces to accomplish this. In one room they drilled into my rug and it still didn't glide without the doors moving front and back. And one of the doors is crocked (just like then). Their excuse as to why the doors didn't glide in place was because they didn't have enough pieces. Then they drilled this $3 piece of plastic
