Unique Construction has always done great work at my home. They are always straight forward/honest when it comes to their advice and quotes for the job at hand. My front porch and replacement window I had done were fantastic and done very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work. The quotes are are accurate and they don’t add on to the price as the job is done like most other “cheaper” companies tend to do.

My experience with Unique Construction has truly reached far beyond my expectations. I have only ever had bad experiences with construction companies, from rude employees to poorly done work. The staff and owners at Unique are not only kind and helpful, but really care about their customers and the work that they do. I unexpectedly had to move last year into one of their properties and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I could possibly want or need during such a stressful time. I very highly recommend this company for ANY construction, painting, or housing needs!

Unique Construction did our entire office build out for Thrive Chiropractic. After getting an estimate from another company, only offering a solution that was not only extensive but expensive, Unique Construction came out and gave a much more realistic solution and a much more reasonable price. They also got the job done within 2 days, which was perfect timing! They were professional and personal and I will call them again. Highly recommend.

Kyle and the guys at Unique Construction have helped several of our clients with their repairs, new roofs and even an addition on one of my clients home.
Most contractors never pick up their phones or get the work finished on time. Unique has truly been on time for all our clients, and when the homeowner could do work themselves, they have told them that vs up charging clients like most contractors.

We wanted to use a 203k renovation, and we had the hardest time getting anyone to look at the house, let alone give us a good estimate.
