Horrible people. Guy driving the truck this morning is flashing his lights at me then gets in front of me and slams his breaks. Would not use them if that's the kind of people they use.

Set up an appointment for commercial door installation estimate. Was promised I would receive a call 30 minutes before Guy arriving. I took the day off work to meet with the estimator. He showed up and talk vaguely with property manager then left, I never received a phone call. This company completely wasted my time

We contacted Dan's Door Repair to replace the front door of our business, there were a few issues with scheduling and delays however the employees Thomas and Hernan who did the removal of broken glass and installment of the new glass were phenomenal.

Had Jake and Tim at my business yesterday The Learning Experience-Morrison Ranch. They were on time and very knowledgeable. They helped with with a broken part that was still under warranty. I would use them again and recommend.

Dan's Door Repair has been out to our Streets of New York - Happy Valley location a couple of times. They are very reliable and prompt in responding. I would highly recommend them for any door repairs. Commercial or residential.

Just had Thomas & Hernan repair our glass storefront door. They did a great job replacing the pivots. They make a great team and were very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely use Dan's Door Repair again.

Called 2 different door repair companies. Dans quoted $690 to fixed and did great work and the door works wonderfully. The other outfit said it’s an old door parts are impossible to find so we would have to make a hinge work on the door and modify that cost $1899 so Dans save me money and did great job

Thomas and Hernan came out to fix a door and did an amazing job. They were on time and very professional. They were also very informative what needed to be done. We need a few more doors fixed and they will definitely be the company we will be working wit.

This company was awesome to work with! I called them right before our closing time at our consignment store, probably about 4:30pm or so they happened to have a technician right in my area, so they stopped by and even waved the emergency call fee for me!
This company is awesome, very helpful, and the girls in the office are such a hoot!
We have worked with a lot of service companies in the past, but overall Dans Door Repair has GOT to be one of our favorites we have come across so far - definitely our recommended vendor!

Dan's Door Repair is by far one of the worst service companies I have ever conducted business with. I attempted to have Dan's Door Repair Service replace a panic bar exit device and 2 door closers at a child care facility in Scottsdale.

I called and scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate for 3:30pm on a Wednesday. When I scheduled the estimate we asked for a 30 minute call ahead when the estimator was on their way, Dan's said that would be no problem. Wednesday rolled around and the estimator arrived on site a little after 8:30am with no call ahead notice. Unfortunately

Dan's door repair came out to our business, and took care of our automatic door issue promptly! The technicians they sent out were very nice, and also very helpful in answering all of our questions as well. I got my quote from them on repairs the next day, and after they completed the work that needed to be done, i got my invoice a few days later as well. They made sure that our doors were up to code per AZ state law as well- best door repair service we have ever had out to service our automatic doors.

Needed a window repair at a jobsite today and was referred to Dan from a good friend. I wanted to do a review for them as their service is amazing and realized I went to school with the son! It sure is a small world sometimes lol. I will definitely use Dan's Door Repair in the future!

I own a small commercial building in north Phoenix. I needed a combination of commercial door service and lock work, and was really trying to avoid having two separate services come out. Dan does both commercial door repair and locksmithing. I found Dan very responsive, he got out the next day. Due to the size of my job, it would end up taking a couple of days, but Dan was great about communication. I found his prices more than reasonable.

Set up an appointment to get 4 new doors installed. Quoted me 8am-11am. No call, No show. Called their number and said the tech would be coming shortly, like 20 min. Asked the location and they were in Mesa which is a good 40 min away from my location. Do not call this company unreliable. Would give zero stars if I could

As a Manager for a locally owned and operated business I can appreciate the importance of "keeping it local". We have used a large company to service our bay doors in our shop as well as our front door. Well... not anymore.. We found Dan's Door Repair from a google search. I called them and gave them a description of the problem we were having. The Lady on the other end of the line was very polite. "We have a technician in your area today" she stated. Wow! You guys are a great little biss. Our store got vandalized and dan himself was out here same night! Did an excellent job as well! Clean, courteous, and very fast work. I'll have them come back for any door or window work we have. I enjoyed their family orientated attitudes, we need more businesses like that.
