Friendly staff, that's when your actually able to talk to someone, hardly answers the phone or returns messages. Sold me a lemon, supposedly fixed the issue, but NOT! Vehicle to old to file a lemon law claim. They refused to pick up the vehicle for repairs after breaking down 2 weeks prior but to " volunteer" repo took them days to pick it up. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

The best used car dealer around. Great customer service, vehicle service, patience, as well as empathy. This place gets 5 stars. I purchased my vehicle with them and I get my car serviced here when ever it needs and the service is always great. Thanks beauty street for always coming through when needed.

Bought a car there couldnt even get it for the first month because they had to fix some problems, when we got the car those problems werent even fixed, then about 2 months later the car was completely broke down. I took it to another shop they said with all the problems it would cost 9 grand to fix this 4 thousand dollar car... they are con artists

I remember going to this dealer and saying to myself what a wonderful selection of vehicles this place has, when I purchased my first vehicle from them the experience was flawless. I then referred two family members as well as a colleague of mine. They love their vehicles and we all have never had a problem. Took my car to get my car fixed...got charged almost 500 for injectors and spark plugs...1st they won't fix your car unless they run it in there computer(75 to 80) just to scan the car even tho my scanner showed the same problem which was a cylinder 2 misfire...after they scan my car SURPRISE.. is was cylinder 2...they changed all of them...now is misfiring again on cylinder 4...definitely going elsewhere

Got a 01 Subaru outback September of 2020, still going strong with 6k miles I put on. Rust-free and running great.

This place puts a price tag on their cars without knowing what's wrong with them, I got a truck from them, had to wait a week to pick it up bc they needed to get it looked at, they then tell me everything's ok, I ended up stuck on the NJ turnpike, then they tried to force me to take a different car that was beat up. Their vehicles are garbage

First off let me start off by saying that me and Will have been in frequent contact about a particular vehicle I have been looking for. I have been shopping around but he was the only one to keep in touch weekly about updates. I was iffy at first as well from different stories but from the back and forth and seeing how he treated his customers I knew I was safe. he called me about a truck I've been looking for. excited I went right over. fell in love, checked it out, noticedit was being sold AS IS, he was up front with me about everything. This is a great used car dealership. I havent been treated so nice and made to feel like family at a car place ever. this crew are honest and they make u feel very comfortable as soon as u get there. Ish is a great sales man and Guy is honest and treats u with respect. Willie and Craig are so helpful and very informative about the vehicle u are purchasing and they make sure the work is done and done right. It's not often that you receive "GREAT" customer service but Beauty Street Auto (located in the Poconos), and their staff provides you with Fantastic customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago. Each and every time I had an issue with the vehicle, I was able to bring it back. I called Beauty Street auto a few months ago because I was having an issue with the vehicle and they were still willing to assist me. I would recommend Beauty Street Auto to everybody that is tired of poor customer service.

Would never go there again. Went there to buy my sons first car and was told that the car we decided on had a GOOD transmission and engine. 1st night we get home we have to take it right back because the break lights wouldn't turn off. Then my son had an issue with the breaks...he said they were stiff while he was trying to push down on brake pedal. The final incident happened after he only had the car for 1 month....the transmission died. Their only way to "help" me would be to make me buy another car from them or pay more than what I paid for the car to get a new transmission. I decided to just
