Shane did two jobs for me in two different houses. In one, he refinished old and tired looking floors and the result was amazing. In the second, he installed new wood flooring, refinished some other floors and repaired a large bump that some other contractor created in my house.. Excellent work in both jobs. He is BY FAR the best contractor that I have ever worked with in any trade. He showed up on time, gave a quick estimate the same day, his prices were fair and very competitive and he left both places spotless. I will use Shane forever for all my hardwood floor issues. I could not recommend

During renovations of our house, walls had been to be removed, leaving large and small sections of the existing oak hardwood flooring missing. Shane came, looked at the job and explained how they would make the repairs by weaving in new pieces of oak to make it look like it was always there. They would sand and refinish all the floors and stairs in the house. He provided me with a detailed estimate that I felt was very reasonable for the amount of work to be performed.

Worst craftsmanship I've ever seen! No forman in the the job...only workers who don't speak English and look at there phones when you ask questions. They did a horrible job refinishing the steps...every step had missing spots of stain and even when they came back to fix it wasn't done right and they sealed it with poly before it was checked so they could leave the job. Shane only came when is was time to collect his money at the end. No craftsmanship! No finishing skills! Worst money spent ! Any good reviews for this company are from people who don't know what they're looking at in a finished product

Horrible Experience. A new floor was to be installed and finished with the rest of the house to make it look continuous. The floor finish is sloppy with swirls and bubbles, and patches were skipped. When they came back to fix the issue they use a different sheen, so we have "glossy" spot in the middle of the floor! They didn't match the floors. They didn't finish in the closets. They moved appliances, but did not reinstall. They damaged our new range. At the end of the job he tried to charge more than the estimate. If you want a professional job, do not use them!

Shane and his crew did a great job on my 3 bedroom floors. The floors were in rough shape, but they look great today. Shane arrived on time to give me an estimate, and his guys were at my house exactly when expected and worked hard. I highly recommend Shane's Hardwood Floors for professional refinishing.

My husband and I recently bought a house in Monroe and had our hardwood floors refinished by Shane. Working with Shane from start to finish was a great experience. When he came to look at the floors, he wrote up a detailed estimate for us right there and then, and was priced reasonably based on our other estimates. We were able to get Shane in to begin work exactly when we wanted to. Shane was very helpful and flexible; we also had workers coming in to install a new railing and Shane and his workers were flexible with working around the timing of this.
