Established in 1974 by Niles Hanna, Jr., our goal has always been to deliver excellent service at a competitive price. Niles Hanna III joined the company in 2002 and broadened the company's residential focus to include commercial HVAC and other areas. Now our work is 65 percent residential, 30 percent commercial, and 5 percent residential new construction. In addition to HVAC services, we provide standby generators and sheet metal fabrication services.
In 2008, we bought Butler Heating & Cooling and expanded into the Clinton and Laurens area. Through all of our growth and expansion, we never lost sight of our core belief: that our customers are our No. 1 priority.
