Only three months into buying my first home, it flooded. Terribly. After meeting a neighbor two floors above me who was also hit by the flood, she connected me to Alex. He was so accommodating, empathetic, professional, & all-around went up & beyond for me & my unit. All of my baseboards were reinstalled, bathroom ceilings are back intact, water damage remedied, fresh paint job, & they even fixed up other issues for me that they caught—many do not do this. We have now used Alex for two major projects in our home. He rebuilt our main staircase in the summer of 2020. In 2021, he installed our new kitchen cabinets. He continues to be our best experience with any contractor in Chicago. Alex and his team were extremely responsive during the entire process from the initial phone call to completion. The steps are solid and perfect. He was able to match the new stain to the rest of our woodwork perfectly. Our new kitchen is amazing. He was able to handle a difficult install with my old crooked floor and many cabinets having a difficult fit. He came on time

Added a door to the basement, and a wall & door in the basement to partition off another bedroom. Alex walked through the project with us and discussed a few options for the layout. Once we decided on it, Alex and his team we're able to knock it out in a couple of days. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful (cleanliness, masks, etc.). The craftsmanship is outstanding and really impressed how well they matched the doors and trim -- blends perfectly and doesn't look like it was added on. His price was competitive and you can't really argue with the result. Very happy with our choice to go with

Perfect Construction put new composite decking on our third story roof. Alex was very responsive (which is hard to come by these days) and came by almost immediately for a quote and ultimately started the job shortly after. Not only was Alex and crew very professional, they were on time, and extremely efficient (working 12 hour days in intense Chicago heat) and finished the job in less than 3 days! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing job they did! Highly recommend!

Hi everyone! Alex and his crew from " Perfect Construction " were the trim carpenters who remodeled my new house durring this summer. Alex performed an oustanding job including: cabinets installation in my kitchen and bathrooms, baseboards and crown moldings installation in the whole house and a new interior staircase including new classic custom wooden steps and balusters. Alex installed all the interior doors in my house, including trims around the windows and doors.
