I had re-hired them because the first time they moved me was great...
What a nightmare the second move was; one of the guys was drinking the whole time, it was obvious they were talking about me in their language, got a bit of an attitude when I asked if they were not including their break in the fee, to which the one drinking had something to say about it. They were taking their time.
The only time they were nice was when they were finishing up because they wanted a tip!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our two movers showed up 20 minutes early, and called us a half hour out to make it was ok to do so. No item was too big or two small for Top Rank as we walked through the house and covered off on everything that was being moved. They were communicative, efficient, and incredible hard working. Very up front about pricing options, and I will definitely be calling them again for my next move!!

Top Rank - provides a low offer with an estimate, and then attempts to add additional charges like "Travel Time" to the job site.
These additional charges are undisclosed on the estimate and substantially increase the cost of the job. The additional charges are only removed when litigation is threatened. Finally, the work crew showed up for the job with a truck that does not have a ramp, although the need for a ramp was indicated in the job description. This substantially slowed the work and made the job more expensive. The actual three man crew did a great job.

I used this company to move basement content from Framingham to Waltham.
Pros:
1. Gave me quote in 15 minutes and scheduled moving for SAME DAY!
2. Packaged everything neatly
3. Moved safely
Prices were on the lowest side of estimates I collected but I called them as was recommended by a colleague.
Quite honestly I can not even imagine such a low point pricing in this crazy expensive area.
Cons.
Not really. I am trying to remember what I would not like about them but can not figure out. No cons. Everything went safe and sound. Sorry about this one but no cons in my case.
