The Worst!! STAY AWAY!!! Charlie, the owner, will yes you and tell you they can absolutely do whatever it is you need done but when move time comes charges cash upcharges and actually called after all positions were on truck and threatened to dump stuff on highway if we did not pay. completely unprofessional, rude and condescending. If I was the IRS I would be scrutinizing his books!! F- STAY AWAY!!!

Stay Away!! One of the owners, Charlie, came out to our house to give us a moving quote. Seemed like a very nice guy but be warned looks can be deceiving!! Yesed us on every question we asked... The Day of the move arrived. The moving truck showed up 15 minutes late. Overall we thought the actual movers were nice guys but did not feel that they handled our belongings with care. We were told not to worry about tv's and large pictures they would be wrapped - they just put plastic wrap no blankets. Called on Friday & was able to get an appointment for that Sunday. It was a small move from Salem to a public storage unit. The two men that arrived were kind, quick & efficient. In fact they arrived a little early which was even better. I will be using C&C Moves again in the near future. I was extremely pleased with their service.

I will start by saying that the crew who loaded and offloaded our stuff for our move from Beverly to Boxford were amazing and did an excellent job. The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 5 stars is because of our unfortunate interaction with Charles, one of the owners. I'll try to keep this short but essentially Charles and a few other guys went to our home we were moving from with an empty truck to pick up some outdoor equipment (kids' geodome, kayaks, and an A-frame). When they tried to put the geodome in the truck as it was, it wouldn't fit. Rather than call us to see if we'd like to have

Moving during a pandemic was not my first choice but alas here I was. I am so glad I hired this company. They were so good to work with. The gentlemen were kind and personable but very efficient. Masked and clean and very much cared about what I wanted where and being safe with my belongings. Would highly recommend and though I hope I don’t have to move again for a while I would hire them again if I did.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. We had received quotes for our recent move from three companies, ranging from $2100 to $10,000! We went with C&C which was on the lower end of the range and had good reviews. Although the team was friendly and on time, they apparently keep their costs low by putting the highest priority on speed rather than on quality of work. In order to load the truck at max capacity, they disassembled some of my furniture by brute force (i.e breaking a desk with an attached bookcase rather than unlocking the cam locks on the bookcase). Dowels went flying, screws were ripped

These guys were truly the best movers I’ve ever witnessed. (I’ve seen a lot) They were on time, super friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. I expected them to just take furniture and they gladly volunteered to take all boxes, bags and everything else in our old place right when they walked in the door. They were SO quick while being careful with our belongings, I was so impressed. Great prices for great work!!! From now on these are the only guys I’ll call, and I’ll make sure to send anyone I know moving their way! You guys are the best!!

Cc moves never gives up. My couch was a nightmare for them to move! I told them not to worry about it but it became their mission to get it down..and they managed to get it out. They helped with everything even though they were only asked to get the big items out. Very pleasant men to work with and certainly got a good workout. I would highly recommend C and C movers. They were courteous, prompt, very careful with our furniture and boxes. They broke down beds and reassembled them, as well as moving other furniture and boxes. They were very fast and professional despite moving in 90+ degree weather. The price was reasonable and communication with the owner was easy.

These guys did an amazing job! They completed a one bedroom move from a second floor up to a third floor in under 3 hours. The homes were one town apart, but both were old buildings with narrow old staircases. They were all friendly and professional. This is my fifteenth move and I know good movers from bad ones by now. I highly recommend this company!

I used C&C to help move my 78 year old old mom from a three room apartment into a 2 room one in senior housing. My mom is a pack rat with 78 years of life experience packed into her place and these guys handled it fast, well, and with grace.

Charlie and his team helped my aunt move this past week and they were excellent! The move was an absolute success and my family and I have nothing but great things to say about the team and company.

Charlie is amazing. First off he was very responsive to my voice mail and was able to help me out the next day, and when I needed him again a week later he was also very accommodating.
I needed to get out of an apartment that turned dumpy on me, leaking ceilings, drains backing up, and stuck in the 1970's style wise. I was feeling pretty helpless and Charlie was there for me and took away a lot of stress and anxiety I was experiencing. The management people were total jerks and my situation in dealing with them was like no other professional relationship

I had hired movers and they stood me up - was panicking, needed to get everything moved that day, and had no idea who to call. Went online and fortune must have been smiling on me that morning. I called CC movers, spoke to Charlie, explained my predicament. He immediately sprang into action and before I knew it, he had a 26 ft/ truck and four experienced movers at my place. I have used movers about a half dozen times and I have always used yelp to try and find the best company to book. I have used other companies with five star help ratings but these guys are by far the best! The owner Charlie is very easy to get in touch with, he answers all phone calls and emails back right away. Owner was super helpful on the phone and didn't try to convince me to get services I didn't need as other movers I had gotten estimates from did.
The moving crew called to confirm that morning, then showed up when they said they would--right on time! All 3 movers were polite and spoke English. They moved all of my items carefully for a fair price.
