A little pricey, but the difference in the sliding glass door's ability to slide after they fixed it was INCREDIBLE. One of those quality of life things that you don't appreciate until you fix it. Sunshine Doors replaced the rollers and metal track on our back door, and it went from not working to being able to open and close with one finger. Absolutely worth it!

Was very happy with all repairs, but the screen door was made the wrong color, white instead of aluminum. Excellent service! My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received from Sunshine Door Specialists. They arrived for both the estimate and repair job at the time they scheduled (even a few minutes early). We live in a condo unit with beautiful ocean and city views, but could not take full advantage because our balcony door was unable to open or close properly. It's a very heavy hurricane impact glass door. We contacted Sunshine Doors and they sent someone within a half hour. He checked the door and frame and told us what was wrong and what needs to be done. I have to say, it was a lot of work that he made look easy. The door is working like new now with no problem. The sliding doors haven't been working for years and I called few places and I was told that they will come and charge for the visit and an approximate price was much higher than what I have paid with Sunshine Doors. Called in the morning and by 2:00 p.m. Lima had provided an estimate and was working on fixing our slider. It was a tricky one- but he worked and worked with it and got it working before the end of the day. He was nice and cleaned up after himself and even stayed a bit longer to fix a ripped screen door on another slider. It wasn't cheap but we are satisfied with the excellent work and happy to have a warranty which is better than the warranty on the slider when it was new. Thank you to Lima. Made an appointment to get an estimate and have my sliding doors fixed. Tech came out replaced the rollers on the doors and changed the locking mechanism but not the full handle and we were charged $55 for "Sliding Glass Door Lockset White" ... went to Home Depot to see price on just the lock and to my surprise it was $10!!!! It is abusive that they would charge $55 for the part when it costs so much less. This is taking advantage of the consumer.

Not sure where the rave reviews are coming from, but I called to get an estimate for a screen door in my high rise condo and the guy was an hour late and said he did not know he was coming out for only an estimate. I waited for the estimate and finally had to call a week later to ask them for it and it took another 2 days for me to receive it. The estimate I got was $960 for one screen door, I got another estimate for $250. Just having to track this company down to do any business with them was already a no deal for me, but giving me a quote that is ridiculously overpriced should give anybody

My sliding glass doors was not rolling as it should and one door cannot lock. One company gave me a quote of $350 without visual evaluation and an appointment for two days later. However Sunshine Doors Specialist was always my first choice because of the reviews . I didn't think that they serviced my area due to the distance but I called, good thing I did. FRED was on time and friendly . He told me that I only needed to change the locks and some adjustments that will take care of the issues. Cost under $100! . I called this company to come out for an estimate to repair my sliding glass doors and for a screen enclosure. They arrived on time for the appointment and were very nice. The gentlemen gave me a verbal estimate and said he would be emailing me the estimate with more information. I waited 2 days before emailing them to ask about the estimate, thinking that maybe there was a misspelling with my email address. I used SDS a long time ago in a previous home and remembered their great and efficient services.
