Requested an appointment from KJ Garage after my garage door stopped opening all the way. Very easy to make an appointment through Yelp and had a repairman scheduled for a few days later. On the day of the appointment, David called prior to coming over and got to work to inspect the issue as soon as he arrived. David serviced the door and gave good recommendations without pushing for a sale/additional services. Also very happy to note that he adhere to Covid protocols and was masked the entire time he was here.

Awesome service! Quick, friendly, and affordable. David was awesome came! He came out and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our door, gave us a cost estimate and made sure we were OK with any kind of work/price before he did it or charged us. David was very professional and even showed us some pointers.(also the work came with a 5 year warranty)

Called for service on Tuesday and Dave came out on Thursday right on time. He informed me of the age and condition of my garage door opener, advised me on my options and oiled the tracks. Dave was very polite, fast and gave me all of my options. He asked me several times if I had any questions or other concerns. I really appreciated his amazing customer service and all around great communication.

Outstanding service! Kyle came by today to check on the garage door, which hadn't been operating properly due to the issues with the actual door (not the mechanisms they had upgraded). Their service was impeccable in every aspect: (1) a gentleman by the name of Zak returned my call very fast, as soon as they opened that day, a service appointment was booked promptly, even though they are super busy (2) the visit was covered by their warranty from having changed the springs previously (3) Zak and helper resolved the issue straight away, they were courteous and professional (4) price charged was
