Guardian Plumbing saved my bacon AGAIN! Look at the number of repeat customers on Yelp. You can now add us to that list as this was our second time! Professional and reliable from the first call. We had an emergency leak on an exterior pipe and needed someone "Code Three," on a Sunday! I thought the situation was FUBAR for sure, being a weekend. Not only was Guardian able to accomadate me but the office manager called several times to update me on my technician's status as he was finishing up another job. So Tony came by to tighten the flange bolts that hold the toilet down because one came off. he is an absolutely friendly guy and super honest. it is very difficult to find an honest plumber who is upfront with you. he even used a tape measure to make sure the toilet was straight. absolute perfection! He also stand behind all of his warranties with no hassles. Thank you!

I had a leaking drain pipe in my laundry room. I discovered exactly where the leak was coming from. I removed the plastic pipe that was leaking and found that the metal pipe that it was connected to had a lot of rust on the threads and they were mostly gone. I thought the worst figuring this would be a big job to replace the metal pipe.
I found Guardian Plumbing on Yelp and I read nothing but praise for them. I called and spoke with the owner Tony. I told him my issue and sent him a picture. He gave me a best and worse case scenario and price. I was so happy to find out that even the worst case

All I can say is, WOW!! John and Jason came out and found what was causing a leak that NOBODY else could. We had at least five different companies come out that failed to find the problem. John and Jason were punctual, professional, and AMAZING! I would only use this company again should we have any other problems

Very professional. Called and was able to get appointment set. We were greeted by James upon arrival. Very nice guy. Explained situation with kitchen sink and he went to work. James explained steps he was taking to clear our stubborn drain. Within 20 minutes he had it all handled. As well provided some feedback on things we should avoid with certain clogged "so called" fixers. Very reasonable price paid for service. Highly recommend this company and will definitely reach out to them again if we have any issues. Thanks again James!

Tony did a great job installing my three new Toto toilets (don't mess around with toilet quality - go Toto). He and his staff were in and out in less than two hours.

Tony was great he was the 3rd plumber my awful landlords called and he was able to make sense of a leak in my kitchen from flooring under stove that was actually from dishwasher pipe in the wall under my sink
Landlord wanted handyman ro handle a contractor job due to how cheap they are but I'm sure Tony will be back to finish a great investigation job
