Leonel was on time, knowledgeable, explained the scope of his work to service our heating system and answered my questions. What a difference from the previous HVAC company we used in the past. I wish all service technicians were as great as Leonel.

We have been using Bassett Plumbing for many years now. They installed out Gas Heating System and out new AC System in our home and signed up to their service contracts. Wayne was meticulous in his upfront care to not cause any mess by putting down rugs and heavy paper from the front door to the tub in preparation for installing new shower fixtures. He explained everything before he started to work. He is very professional and did an excellent job with installation, resulting in an easy to use shower fixture.
