We offer several types of bulk landscaping material for pickup by commercial customers, and by delivery to our residential customers. American Excavating has been serving Southern New Hampshire for 30 years, and has built a reputation for delivering commercial service projects on time and on budget, while always maintaining a safe and productive environment.
AEC is also available to assist local home owners with projects too big for the average 'do-it-yourselfer, ' and can often be found removing stumps, replacing septic systems and other projects requiring large equipment. American Excavating Corp. was formed in 1990 when three brothers took on small excavating jobs in and around the Derry, NH area.
As their reputation for excellent workmanship and timely performance grew, their company began to grow as well. Today, AEC is a profitable, full-service earthwork contractor with more than fifty employees and eight to twelve million dollars in annual revenue. American Excavating Corp. is fortunate to boast a workforce that has remained with us for many years.

After a new sewer project on our street it was our responsibility to connect, contacted American for estimate to tie in because they did street project, 2 guys came out, quickly threw us a number, each one with a different idea on how it should be done, told us we would receive a proposal in mail, never got it, called multiple times, no response, not a good way to do business in my book, would not recommend.

American Excavating put in my leach field in 2007. Today I was made aware by 2 separate inspectors that I need a new field and that they did not use the proper sand material for drainage. 7 years old when it should last 20 or more years.... Now I have to come up with $11K + for a new field. We followed all the proper "rules" for having a leach field; water conservation, not flushing certain things, etc.
