Bought vehicle 12/9/2020 and now it’s 1/4/2021 so not even 30days and having air suspension failure problems. No help with this issue, only response was “we told you about the extended warranty you could of bought”. Make sense now when they was trying to sales pitch me the warranty saying it’s good for the suspension it self. Never thought I’d be having problems this soon. Beware. You will be on your own if you don’t buy they warranty. Better off buying certified pre owned cars from original dealerships.

I did most of the sale over the internet. I dealt with Al via text about the car and my trade and he was more than accommodating. We made a deal, I drove down and signed the paperwork, was in and out quickly. My only issue is they said the vehicle had an oil change within the last 100 miles. It definitely did not have one, oil was very dirty. This was not a big deal but don’t tell a customer it was done when clearly it wasn’t. All in all a very good experience.

Just want to update this bit of a mishap with Ultimo motors.
All said and done, after spitting blood and poor review, I did recieve my check for repairs and all is settled.
Keep in mind, the car was in AWESOME CONDITION as stated and still driving it like a kid on Christmas day!!
They do have SPECIAL cars in wonderful condition.

I purchased two cars from ultimo motors in eight months,
Here are my problems #1 the first car I bought I was promise the second key, never received it, also the Bank they used to finance my first car told me that ultimo motors bought extra points on the back end which inflated the interest rate and the car note. Miraculously they had the exact same car that I was looking for so I went back to try and do business with them again, SMH negotiated a price and told them that in order for me to purchase this car they would have to give me the key for my 1st car, how about they tried to tell me NO

I was in town to purchase a Maserati Granturismo spoke with Oliver Kapelski. He had no idea what he was talking about and try to justify that the check engine light would go off if I drove it off the lot. He kept trying to feed me lies like I can return the car if it doesnt and that the warranty they have will cover it. Also when I saw several people laughing in the back when he was feeding me lines like Im some cheap date. Oliver needs to find a new career because he has no knowledge of cars at all and dont know a difference between an engine and exhaust. I do not recommend buying from this

Sold us a Maserati and a Mercedes Benz 10/28/19 check engine lights came on on both vehicles within 3 days of purchase. We took them back to Ultimo they had our vehicles for 2 days and they were not repaired and we have to go back when the parts come in. I can't believe they didn't offer any type of compensation considering the fact they sold us faulty vehicles and we had to UBer back to Indiana on the count of them saying the Maserati would be 1 hour to repair and the Mercedes would be 3. This has been the worst buying experience we have ever experienced.

I commend Oliver my sales associate at Ultimo Motors. I think he did a very good job managing the process of my purchasing a 2016 BMW from his company. He was always available when he said he would be. He had the car ready for test drives, he answered all the many questions that I had. I think he did a great job. I'm very pleased.

Was looking around the country for a specific color Porsche 911. At the time, I was searching the entire country for the perfect 911, so I had contacted a few other places including several Porsche dealers. My initial plan was to purchase the car only from an actual Porsche dealer, but I found a low mileage car which was the combination I was looking for at Ultimo Motors East in Chicago. I contacted them and heard back from Louis. The car at Ultimo was only a year old and based on what I could tell was in better condition than a lot of the certified pre-owned cars at some dealerships.

They have a great website and fancy store but when it comes down to it, they are about as opportunistic and lacking in customer service as any scummy used car dealer you could find.
I actually bought Panamera 4S from them two years ago and the transaction was OK. A year or so later, I called them to see if they were interested in buying another car of mine- they didn't even bother to call me or email me back.
Just recently, I called and "Andrew" answered. I inquired about a BMW and a trade in. He asked for a bunch of information. I sent everything to him and waited and waited

I've been looking for a 2012 911 Turbo S for about 7 months now. Found it online at Ultimo. Alan contacted me and was upfront about the car and answered all my questions in a prompted manner. Brian the finance manager was amazing as well, very attentive and understood the anxiety of buying a car online site unseen. He assured me the cars they carried is held to the utmost standard which it indeed was. One thing to note is they do get extremely busy so once you close the deal you have to understand they need to move on to the next. They do eventually get to back...All in all it was a great

I worked with Dennis once I found the 2013 Audi Q7 Prestige S Line that I wanted to purchase. He was very accommodating as I was wanting to make the purchase as quickly as possible. My experience at Ultimo was a positive one. Initially, I was only interested in test driving a 911 turbo. Long story short, we were driving it back home within 2 hours of being at the dealership. The car was priced well without a single blemish on the paint. James Berce, who helped me throughout the sales process was very knowledgeable and informative about the Porsche. The manager we worked with, Scott Gurel, made the process as smooth as a car buying experience could possibly be.

I had been looking for a very specific car in a very specific price range for a while and so I ended up at several dealerships, driving the cars, initial negotiations, etc. I landed on the guys at Ultimo at their Naperville location because of a car they had just taken in.
