Used them in 8/21. They damaged a TV to the point it could not be used. Also damaged several other items slightly. I filed a claim, when I called to ask the process for filing a claim, I was spoken to very rudely and told "we don't just give you money....you want me to just go to the ATM now...". Nevertheless, I dealt with someone called Mariah Johnson who claimed to be a lead analyst in the claims department. She only ever emailed me twice, once on 8/24 to say she has my claim/response, has spoken to the movers and will contact me next week about my claim. I never heard back, I followed up and

Not professional. Damaged a television and refused to take responsibility for it. Employee said she had a high risk pregnancy and couldn’t handle the stress of me asking about some form of recourse for a busted TV screen. When I asked if someone else could handle the claim matter, I was ignored and ghosted. I have followed up numerous times over several weeks and never had my calls or emails answered. Totally unprofessional. Additionally, during the move, they asked for my help moving things in. I didn’t realize I was a employee! Cannot dissuade you strongly enough from using their “services”

John and Jeffrey did an excellent job moving my furniture from National Harbor to my home. They showed up early, explained the process, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
