Unlike ALL other moving company's, the wrapping of your furniture is included in your move! We do not require a deposit, you pay at the end of the job, allowing you to be flexible with your moving date. You can re-schedule or even cancel your move and not lose any money, we don't want you to be tied down and we're so confident in our company that we give you time to make the right choice.

I’ve used this moving business since 2004 so that’s a longtime. I’ve used them about 6 times and getting ready to use them again. They are always on time, professional, efficient and keep working nonstop until the job is complete. Everyone that I’ve referred them to have always been pleased and if there was a slight concern. My referral changed their tune to admit it was their fault. They haven’t disappointed me yet!

I recently used amigo movers and had a great experience. I called and scheduled my move and when my closing date date I called to see if they had availability to change the date. Ultimately, they were able to accommodate the date change. I called a few days ahead of the move to confirm that I was on the schedule. On move day, they arrived on time and moved quickly but took great care of my belongs. They moved quickly and took excellent care of my belongings. Erik and his team did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend them.

Absolutely awful. I am nine months pregnant and they canceled on me the night before my move. Their truck broke down and they were going to rent another truck to do the job, but because i did not call them back right away, they said they took it as me canceling the move. They did not call me to tell me their truck was broken until 6:15pm the night before the move. I tried to call them back at 7:12pm and they had canceled my move, leaving me completely stuck.

I used this company Nov 2015. Although I thought they were friendly and responsive to getting a move scheduled, the move did not go so well. I felt like one of the guys was lazy and I saw more than one get on his phone several times. Also, after my move, I noticed several items destroyed - a flat screen tv now has lines going through screen so you can't get a clear picture. It will have to be thrown away. A file cabinet apparently was dropped on its face because a drawer is dented and no longer opens as it did. I saw one of my bins get dropped and a glass container broke, while several

BE WARNED!! This was truly the WORST moving experience I've EVER had! They showed up with 3 guys but I was told over the phone there would be two guys so the $295.00 for the first 3 hours then $95 every hour thereafter suddenly turned into $395.00 for the first 3 hours then $95 every hour thereafter so that was the FIRST STRIKE! Then they could barely speak English but thank God I had a girlfriend there who spoke fluent Spanish and was able to translate. One of the guys barely spoke English so he just ignored me when I tried to direct him on where I wanted my furniture which I thought

I took a chance on a company with almost no reviews and no website. I love this company.
I cannot say enough good things about them and will recommend them to all my friends and family for a move.
They were over $200 cheaper than what any other company in the DC area quoted me. I was pretty sure the company would be some illegally operating company with no insurance and very little skill. I was wrong!
They called about two hours early to confirm. They arrived ten minutes early. They brought a huge company truck and actually had insurance. My furniture is mostly old college furniture, but

I really cannot recommend these guys enough. They offered a competitive bid; not the dead cheapest, but pretty close. I could not be happier with the result. They arrived at the agreed time and ready to go. They had a big truck, as well, so it was just one trip.
These guys made the experience much easier than it has ever been for me. When the bed wouldn't fit up the new staircase, they asked my permission and pushed it through. Everything ended up where it was supposed to and all the work was done in the estimated time. Would use again and recommend to friends/

I reluctantly agreed to have professional movers assist us on the last move....I'm a thousand times happier as a result. We moved from 20906 to 20912 (about 8 miles one way) from a 2br apartment. The cost was $415 for a little over 4 hours of service.
The moving assistants were helpful and patient. We only had one casualty: a cheap picture frame...so overall I would say they're very good. Give them a call if you want cheap, good service.
