Scheduled two dates as I needed them to load two containers for my long distance move. I was quoted a price of $150/h for a 3 men crew. First crew arrived on time and did a decent job but after they left I found half eaten apples and banana peels over my yard and driveway. Second move crew arrived very late and only two people. Of course they took a lot longer than before and the manager Henry still wanted to charge almost the same rathe for a 2 man crew as for a 3 men crew ($120 vs $150) he was rude, unprofessional and I needed paying a lot more than what I was quoted. I gave them 6 days to make this right and still have no responses. Scheduling the move was easy, Henry confirmed they would reassemble any furniture the movers took apart and put my appliances back, movers showed up on time. The move out of my old house was great, I had no complaints. They took an hour + break in between houses and that’s where it seems the move turned left. Before they unload, you have to pay. I was told it would take them 3 hours to unload- had they needed more time to properly move me in, I would’ve gladly paid so things would be done right. I showed the movers where the

The driver of the moving truck hit my entrance gate as they were exiting and knocked it completely down. I have full video and photos. I reached out to Henry the day it happened and 2 days later. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back about the damages that were done to my property.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
This was my first time using movers because I’m new to area and don’t have family or friends here.
When they movers arrived I specially told them my most important thing is my Purple mattress that is less than a year old and cost 2k.
I’m not sure what happened during transit and my mattress was ruined. I specifically told them I was not satisfied and request a discount. The owner denied and said it was my fault! Also I was charged an additional hour and I asked the driver and he said it was for the drive. The drive was only 3 miles and took 9 mins! Also, my dresser

I would not recommend Pack It Movers to my worst enemy. They are outright scammers and crooks. Do yourself a favor and NEVER contact or hire them for any type of services. They're currently under investigation… for credit card fraud and violating hours of service laws for truck drivers. Based on comments and reviews I've read from other customers, they're also likely illegally recording customer phone conversations and forging made up contracts. I'm currently disputing 800$ in false credit card charges with them as well as STILL waiting on them to provide their insurance company info to
