Phase 1: A complimentary study which involves presenting your wishlist to a Heeia Construction Company partner architect, who will then draw a basic floorplan based on this information. From this floor plan, our subcontractors then decipher a reasonably accurate estimate of the total cost of the project.

Up to anybody to believe the blurb below about their business. I sent two e-mails to them with a request of help in a project (9.11 and 9.14, 9 and 6 days ago) and never received an answer. My conclusion is in the last e-mail I sent today:
"How great the distance between fatherly images/promises to allay fears and a rude unprofessional silence".
