I have used Cram Roofing for almost 2 years now and am a very, very satisfied customer. I am a retail property manager in the DFW & Houston areas and knew nothing about service contractors in San Antonio. When I took over the property there was another roofer in place who was not accessible, helpful or responsive. I started using Cram and their service is no less than AWESOME. Kevin was my initial contact and he is great, then all of my service calls go through Allison who I absolutely love!! They are prompt and professional and I simply cannot say enough great things.

One of your drivers tried to force me off the highway on my way to work, the. Proceeded to flip me the bird. Called the home office, sure nothing will be done about this. Even worse when I see other reviews from google complaining about a similar experience with drivers. Hope you guys have good insurance for when your drivers actually end up killing someone on the road.

First review: We received a free estimate, quick repair, and fair price on the work these folks provided for us. I'd use them again, no question.
LAST REVIEW: Although my husband called them on multiple occasions, we couldn't get anyone to come out and give us an estimate for a new roof. We went with a different company.
