We tried using this company but ended up having to cancel because the company was not certified to install the product we requested, This was a few months ago and they are still holding $70,000 in deposits with no intention to pay any of the deposit back. STAY AWAY!

Austin Commercial Roofing came out to give me an estimate to fix a leak I showed them. It was pricey but they said there was a 10 year warranty. So I paid them for the job. A few days later it rained and it leaked in the same exact spot. They said it was another point of entry and refused to take care of the leak I hired them to fix. They want more money to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. Now the carpet is getting moldy from all the rain we had and they won't even come out to take a look unless I pay them nore money.
So the leak is not fixed and I have no 10 year warranty

I felt like Nehamia was very knowledgeable about the TPO roofing on my house. The team was timely in getting the job done. While we had a glitch on the clean up when his contact didn't come pick up the old insulation after several days of it sitting in my driveway, in the end, Nehamia made it right and took care of it himself, out of pocket, even though he'd already been paid in full. He is a man of integrity and good for his word.

Had the owner Nehemiah come out and take a look at my roof, not only was he understanding on what I wanted done he also explained in detail on what he was going to do and kept me updated throughout the process. I’ve had bad experience with plenty of roofers through out my life but they’ve certainly earned a customer for life in me.

After dealing with roof issues for years and having multiple roofing companies out here trying to fix a couple of leaks only to be let down and feeling like I threw my money away, I seen the company working on my neighbors next-door I went over there and talk to the owner and he gave me a free estimate right on the spot after giving me a couple of days and NOT PUSHING ME INTO ANYTHING They came out and fix the leak within one day and I haven’t had a problem since highly recommended!
