It's been a week today since our initial roof inspection (on 1/18) and our payment of half the cost for our roof repair. We were told that we would receive a call in a few days to schedule our repairs at that time. So far we receive a "welcome" call yesterday (6 days after paying), promising someone will call in another few days to schedule our roof repair which will be "1-2 weeks out". From start to finish that will be possibly 3-4 weeks? There are definitely other options to get your roof repaired faster and cheaper.

We consulted with Roof Fix to replace our roof. Once our insurance company approved our roof replacement claim, we never heard back from them. They blew us off. I believe they wanted to charge us more money than what our insurance company allowed. Beware if you are working with insurance claim funds.

I had a small leak in the roof of my living room area. All the team members that answered my calls at Roof Fix were courteous and professional and they were able to send Mr Shanauk out to assess my roof very quickly. Mr Shanauk was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fair. All his recommendations were sensible and completed as indicated. Alonso and his crew were great! They showed up on time and did a fantastic job! I could tell this was a top notch crew as they worked extremely fast nd efficient. I recently had a new roof installed by Roof Fix. Alonso and his team were very efficient from beginning to end. This is a rental property so I was not on the property at the time of installation. My tenant informed me that they were there to begin work on time. Alonso was very good to inform me of the progress being made throughout the job. Our roof was damaged by two storms, one right after the other. We got several bids for the roof but we were blown away by the promptness and professionalism of Roof Fix. The choice was easy. They came through at every part of the process and the pricing was reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

We had our roof and gutters replaced in April this year. The roofing work appears to be fairly quality work. The first problem that occurred is that, according to the contract, the existing gutters were to be replaced. However, the person who came out to replace the gutters did not have the accurate information and initially did not replace the gutter on one entire side of the house. I told him that was a problem, and he came out the next day and resolved the issue.

We had our flat roof over our patio replaced by Roof-fix in the fall of 2019. We have had a recurring leak. I called and was told that someone would call me to schedule, no one came and we had a dry spell and we were going out of town so I let it slide. During our recent wet period I called and was told that "Alex" would call me to schedule a repair. A week went by and no call, so I called back. We had hail damage on the roof and vinyl siding. RoofFix did an excellent job on both. Jonathon was in charge of the new plank siding and was so easy to work with. He stayed on the job until we were 100% satisfied. A different crew did the roof and were equally good. I hope we don't need their services again but RoofFix will be our first call if we do.

Duane, the owner of Roof Fix reached out to us and we had a long discussion. He took full responsibility for the poor communication. He also worked with us to make things right. I am very impressed with Duane's follow-up. We understand that sometimes things head down a wrong path. Duane did the right thing and reached out to us to resolve our issues. Very satisfied with Roof Fix. Was working with another roofing company to do my needed repairs, but they just couldn't perform. I next called Roof Fix. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone, I knew this was a good company.
The receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable- she knew the questions to ask to define the job scope. The salesman was knowledgeable and provided everything I asked for. The repair techs were friendly and courteous and did a great job! They even send a follow-up crew to inspect the work.

I called Roof Fix to repair damage to my roof from squirrels trying to get inside. A lot of roofing companies aren't interested in doing repairs because there is more money in new roofs but JR was very kind and treated me very well! JR is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. He came highly recommend from my pest control company and I see why he is so well respected. Don't hesitate to call Roof Fix if you need roof repair or a new roof.

I contacted ten companies to get estimates to fix my roof. The reps for two of them never showed up. The owner of one company, booked through Home Advisor, showed up and with no roof inspection told me that he will email me the estimate... I am still waiting. Three additional ones showed up and simply did not provide a written estimate. One will only provide an estimate if I provided the insurance estimate...when i refused... they never called back. Two of them their estimates were so high or low that I chose to pass. Then there is Roof Fix...

I spoke with J.R., and he walked me through every little detail of improvement needed on my home. He is very knowledgeable, and I happily approved everything he recommended. All of it was necessary.

My elderly Mother In law received hail damage on her home in Converse and received an initial estimate by a roofing company to replace 1/2 of the roof. We then called Roof Fix after hearing their commercial on KTSA Radio's Home Improvement Show and couldn't be more pleased. They were prompt , professional, and worked with the insurance company on our behalf. She received an entire new roof and the owner of Roof Fix "Duane Charping" stopped by to ensure she was happy with the job. A couple weeks I needed some work done on my roof. I had roof fix come out and do an estimate of the damages. The owner took pictures of what needed to fixed and what the problem was. I felt comfortable trusting him to repair whatever it needed to be fixed. They were reasonably priced and offered to fix and repair any minor things that they can fix while doing to job. With in a week of calling they were out here fixing my roof. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner. These guys were awesome and professional when I got the original estimate. Most of the other contractors who quoted the job just seemed so sketchy, but Tim was confident and trustworthy. For my wife and I, it was an easy decision. They knocked out the job fast and did a great job. The work comes with a warranty, and a year later I had a major windstorm come through with hurricane winds and drenching rain. They came right out a day or 2 later and reinforced all their work, without any hassle and totally free.

The estimator came over as I wanted the 2 the turbine vents replaced.
Although I had previous companies come out for an estimate to replace them, only Roof Fix rep told me I had "hail damage." Note: I have heavy duty shingles with a 30 year warranty and not the cheap shingle types.
The other estimators before him didn't mention "roof damage." So after Roof Fix rep left, I called one of them back and asked why didn't he tell me I had hail damage. He told me I didn't--my roof didn't need replacement.
It's obvious to me that Roof Fix is not interestested

I found Roof Fix through a few recommendations on Next Door. It was so refreshing to work with a TEAM of people. All of my options were explained to me and they gave me everything I needed to work with my insurance company. Mother Nature wasn't very cooperative, but they stayed in touch with me on scheduling the installation of my new roof.
