The work they did on our house was excellent, and they are very efficient in their work. The guys started replacing our roof and were finished in 5 days, and cleaned up any mess they made. They take pride in their work. I gave them only 4 stars because their office could use some improvement. I had to call them to get any information. They were scheduled to start on a Monday, but by that Monday afternoon I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. The response was reasonable in regards to the roof, but the the woman on the line said "oh, I was just now going to call you..." This kind of thing happened

Long story short, roof was repaired, but this company never communicated as to when they'd show up. I'd wake up at 6am to people on my roof. I understand, it's cooler at that time, so I simply asked them to tell me next time. They never did, they just kept doing it. Roof repair came with warranty. When a leak started, they blamed it on our swamp coolers and said it didn't fall under the warranty. I asked for a repair estimate regardless because it needs to be fixed. It has been over a month, no response to my email looking for an update and when I call they say they'll call me back and never do

After having a couple of local unlicensed roof repair companies patch 3 leaks in my 17-year-old tile roof and still having leaks, I called America’s Best Roofing in Tucson. I did my research and after reading a few reviews and seeing their commercial on TV and talking with the estimator. I also like the fact they were a licensed family business and veteran owned.
Being down in Rio Rico a lot of construction companies don’t want to take the time or effort to serve our small community.

Everything went great at first. But once the work started I realized I was in for a bad experience. I really hate doing this, I am never one to complain, but I am still very concerned about the gaps and cracks on my roof that was just installed a week ago. ABRC already came out once to fix it but the repair or whatever they did just looks sloppy! I know it's hot out there guys believe me I work in this heat too! but that's no excuse!!!.
Update- ABRC came back out and took care of my concerns. I really appreciate the follow thru and Dominick came out personally on his day off to fix. Thnx Dominic

Richie, site manager, was timely and directed his competent team through 3 days of dawn to dusk industry. Every aspect and concern I expressed was addressed, the roof repair was excellent and my place was cleaner after they left than before! Hire them with confidence.

I first heard of America's Best Roofing when I saw the owner Sergio being interviewed on KOLD. They were donating a roof to a family in need and couldn't help but call them and thank them for what they were doing for the community. I did not need any repairs at that time, but then we got hit by a storm that blew off a huge chunk of our flat roof.
