Dont EVER use this co if you can... Been "ordering parts" that ave never showed up for almost 4 months. They have sent 4 different techs ... all more worthless than the last tech. We are being forced to use this horrible company via out homeowners ins. If you notice I dont give ver many bad reviews... I just want to prevent anybody else from going through this. I worked a deal on a wall range. I offered $1,650 for the display model. I spoke with Diana about 15 times. She spoke to the owner, and he agreed on the offer of $1,650 plus tax. I agreed to drive 200 hundred miles from Thousand Oaks. I drove all the way there and they told the price would now be $2,159 plus tax. That was the new deal. Take it or leave it. I have never been so disgusted with any business. You have to realize Diana and I spoke every day for a week. I would never use this

We spent $75 to fix the ice maker in our Samsung fridge. Repairman didn't have the part so he had to come back twice. Talk about unprepared. He came back with a used part and created a temporary fix to fraudulently solicit more service fees. Wish they fixed appliances fully and didn't use used parts. Technician was rude and prejudiced. Avoid this place!

I wish I could give Harbor Appliance 0 stars. The service is terrible and Rafael Asatryan verbally abuses customers. We have been waiting on repairs for over a month, and Harbor continues to find excuses. We tried to have a different company complete repairs, but Victor the tech took parts without authorization (STOLE), and now Rafael is calling and yelling at us and refusing to return parts or complete repairs.

Bought a Samsung washer from them this week (this model washer was hard to find anywhere else, due to factories being closed and shortages). They had the one we wanted, good price (as good as Lowes or Home Depot, who didn't have them in stock), and they came out the next day, delivered, installed, removed the old one, all done very professionally, quickly, and cleanly.
*I was told later that the owner of the company, Raphael, was one of the guys doing the job.

The dishwasher in the home we just purchased was continuously beeping. Within 15 minutes of submitting the request to our home warranty company, I received a call from Harbor Appliance. They were at the house within another 15 minutes, had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes, and had everything set up to return with the necessary parts before he left. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. It was overall an exceptional service experience. I will use their services again and I recommend them to anyone in need of A+ service.

Terrible company, my mini fridge broke, they came and said they ordered the part to replace the broken part, 5 weeks later, nothing.
Called the fridge manufacturer, they said they can ship the part in a week or so. Called them back and said if you give me the order number, the manifacturer can chase it....their answer, we don't give you this information. Rafael, the owner came to my house and left me in a limbo.
They were recommended to us by First American home warranty, this is just terrible, leaving a family without a fridge.

Our cooktop stopped working back in late April, so our home warranty company, First American, hired HA to inspect it. They came fairly quickly, however, they never repaired it or got back to us and it's been a month and counting. The contractor told us he would send a report and get it repaired within a week after the inspection, NOPE. First American stated that they left multiple messages and escalated the issue with Harbor Appliances for a report since the one they sent was incomplete - it did not list a cause or reason for failure. I bought my GE washer from Home Depot three years ago with an extended warranty. Smart move,especially when the washer decides to break down mid-cycle with a loads sheets trapped inside, on a Sunday morning. Home Depot directed me to contact Harbor Appliance. First visit, Rafael determined he didn't the parts to fix my machine-- time to order parts from GE. Second visit a week later, the new part doesn't work. Even though my home warranty requested him to fix my fridge the same day since it was urgent, he told me he will call me days Later to only set up an appointment. I bought a Samsung refrigerator through Home Depot and thankfully I had the extended warranty because I have had Harbor Appliance out to my house 4 times. Twice HomeDepot sent different repair namely (AG Appliance) companies and they didn't do anything. All they said was that I needed to defrost my fridge. Uh-sorry, wrong answer. Rafael has been very thorough in diagnosing and then after receiving parts; repairing. Unfortunately, the refrigerator I purchased is a lemon but, thankfully, I'm finally getting a new one (Whirlpool is what Rafael recommends). I will not hesitate to call

Sent via Home Depot extended warranty claim because of a dryer issue.
"Repairman" claimed that the dryer had nothing wrong with it. Only tested via timed dry setting and did not use the normal dry settings, which uses senor dry, that my family uses.
I requested a new service company because he did not spend the time to fix the issue.
I do not recommend.
