Ron's service was excellent.Called him on a damaged water heater after our long-time plumber gave us the runaround on pricing and response time. Abetter came within a couple of hours, and did an excellent job. His price was about half of what another plumber has quoted us; my wife argued that we were being under-charged. Fortunately, she lost.

We first scheduled an appointment for Ron to come out and replace our kitchen faucet. He came out at the time scheduled, replaced our faucet in under an hour and told us to put him to work for the rest of the hour since we were going to get charged the minimum of one hour anyway. So we had him fix some leaky outside faucets on the house. He is just wonderful. My husband and I chuckled after he left because he wanted to make sure we got our hours worth of work out of him. Since that first appointment, we have had him work on our rentals in McMInnville and even in Lincoln City. He is so trust worthy

The best plumber ever. I had a leak and had my water shut off at the street. Ron came over that same day, located the leak within minutes. Dug it up and fixed it all within an hour. My bill was $105 for the hour and for parts! The next day the office called me to see if all was well and it was. It’s been a month now and still all is well. Ron is awesome!

Ron came out and gave us an estimate on an addition to our home. His estimate was very reasonable and his attitude was good. We like him from when we met him. Great person. He came in and did the job, called in for inspections and they passed. He set the finish on the plumbing and passed the final inspection without any problems. The scheduling, the workmanship and the professionalism is very top notch. I’d recommend him to everyone in need of a plumber. He is simply a great guy that knows what he’s doing!

Beware! Last May I had them do some plumbing repairs at my home. They were very responsive, arrived on time, completed various repairs one being a toilet that was constantly running, however the handle on my toilet still does not work properly and is still running I have contacted them four times since May they made two appointments but did not show or respond to calls and texts. Not sure what is going on with this business.
