I had one toilet that started leaking. Knew there was a leak but didn't know where it was coming from. I had a second toilet that wouldn't stop running. A technician named Josh came to our scheduled appointment 15 minutes early and had both toilets fixed all in less than one hour. Oregon Plumbing responded to my initial request for service on yelp faster than any other provider and the Portland Metro area. They are awesome!!!

Oregon Plumbing has completed a couple of projects in our home in McMinnville recently. Over the years, I've had several companies in the region deal w/various plumbing issues and this company has certainly been the best for communicating clearly from start to finish. I recommend them particularly if you have an issue for which you don't need a band-aid but would rather have someone with expertise provide a high-quality, professional solution.

Oregon Plumbing was responsive, timely, and did amazing work. I was able to get a quote quickly after searching for plumbers to fix a toilet. While the repair occurred I had questions about other upgrades I had in mind and got a quote on the spot. They had great communication with me and helped find the best priced materials for my project. I'm really glad we worked with them and if any future plumbing projects come up they will be who we go with.

Awesome. Although this company wasn't able to help due to scheduling issues, they went out of their way to recommend another company who could come and fix our problem faster. They were quick to respond too! Very rare to find a company that has superior customer service as this one does. A+ all the way and can't way to use this company again. There's a reason it has such awesome reviews! :)

Had to reschedule twice but stayed so communicative that I felt taken care of and did not worry. To be fair I recognized I was a small job he was squeezing in between bigger jobs and was ok with that. Did a great job in two hours flat as quoted when others wanted to say it would be $1000s of dollars. 13/10 will hire again

Josh (Oregon Plumbing Services) did an excellent job with a re-pipe of our house including replacing the main water line. He did a thorough pre-inspection and brought up a couple things not mentioned by other contractors. His bid was competitive, so I went with his bid as I was confident that he understood the job, and his communication was very good. Josh did not disappoint, he started and completed on-time, and was very quality focused, and he helped solve issues that were not his responsibility. Also, I worked with him while I was out of state, and he made that as easy as possible with his flexibility

In my experience one can call 5 plumbers, 3 may call back, 2 may come out for an estimate and then not hear from either because the job is too small......So if a plumber actually answers the phone.. shows up at the time they say I'm a loyal customer.
We had double vanity sink drains connected by a different plumber 5 weeks ago. They leaked and the plumber came back to fix them.... Still leaked. After phone calls, leaving messages, and sending text....the plumber said he would call.

Our disposal started leaking Saturday night. I did a quick Yelp search and found Oregon Plumbing. I requested a quote on Yelp and Josh provided an estimate within 10 minutes. The quote consisted of his estimated time and the price of a disposal. I vetted out both his time estimate and price for the disposal and both checked out. We set an appointment for Monday at 11:30 am. Josh was prompt (even a bit early). We had a nice chat while he replaced the disposal. Neat, tidy, efficient, pleasant, cost effective - what more could you ask for in a plumber.

Josh was great! Very quick to reply to all messaging via Yelp, and helpful answering questions along with the photos we sent. He helped us update the tub/shower plumbing to accommodate our new valves as part of a bathroom remodel. After he left we noticed that the porcelain in our tub had a couple new chips right around the drain. When we inquired with Josh about any suggestions to repair it, he immediately responded that this had likely occurred when he was taking out the old drain, but he'd had his drop cloth covering. Josh came out the same day to fix my leaking shower. He could have easily charged me several hours for a new shower valve but he found a cheaper way to fix the leak without replacing the shower valve and only charged me for 1 hour of labor and a $12 part. He was friendly and helpful and I will definitely use Oregon Residential Plumbing Services for any future work I May need.

Quick and professional service. Approximately 25 year old electric water heater dip tube disintegrated and we needed a replacement water heater. I contacted Josh and he provided an emailed quote within an hour I think. He was able to come out for my non-emergency replacement in a few days. I sent him pictures over the phone and he was here with everything he needed. I think he was here for only a couple hours. Would definitely call upon him again if needed.
