I had used Max Appliance twice to fix my gas stove top and upright freezer. Both times, I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, which was amazing! Orkhan was the technician for both repairs. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time! He repaired my freezer on the spot which saved me a lot of money for not having to throw out any food. Great service and company. I’d highly recommend!

Paid close to $500 to repair my refrigerator only for the same issue to occur not even 5 months later. I hire a new technician and they show me the duct taped used to resolve the issue so it was never fixed. I have lost money to repair and numerous amounts of food. I will be pursuing a small claims court case! No call back from the manager as of yet in regard to my issue.

Tech (Nate) was disrespectful and impatient. Paid $60 to have a guy show up and say we needed to replace two parts before even plugging the washer into the wall. Zero diagnostic work at all. Then said I needed to replace the entire motor and the control panel. Untrained techs (Nate) should not be sent to customer homes for service repairs. If I wanted to just change parts until the washer worked I could have done it without paying "MAX" 60 bucks. Save your money and call someone else. 5.5 stars seems like someone has been padding their reviews.

Scheduling the service was the easy part but the guy who showed up was rushing the job and only interested in extra money. When the cooktop was in place and did not work properly he asked for extra money to check the electrical installation (wiring, breaker, etc.). I do not know what he did but he said there was a major electrical problem and I had to call an electrician. Because the cooktop was in place I had to pay the $180 install fee. Next day I got an electrician to look at the problem and when he opened the local box connecting the cooktop he saw that one wire was not connected. I can only

I DO NOT recommend this place. Tech came out looked at the fridge for maybe 2.5 seconds and immediately said “oh it’s your compressor” and quoted us $972, and happily took his $60 service fee and went on his merry way. We called 4-5 other companies within our area, and each time were given a quote of a little under $500. Fixing a major appliance sucks in general, but fixing in the middle of a pandemic SUCKS. You never know who to call because of SCAMMERS like this. Please save your time and don’t call this place.

They are scam artist who will not fix the appliances. They check it for five minutes maybe 15 pretending to put away tools and then say it's $650 to fix a 400 oven. I accidentally used them not realized it was them and they had already scammed me for 60 when they came out bd asked for 800 to fix my washer. I had said no Thankyou and ended up realizing oh it's just clogged! Jesus I can't believe e I didn't say no as soon as I seen him walk up I just gave them another 60 for the few minutes wow. I think this is their scam they quote you an insane price they know you will not want

Our technician, Nick, had to really troubleshoot the problem with our non-functioning dryer on an emergency basis and he got the root of it after lots of hard work. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us out, and we appreciate his kindness and how he did extra work on our incorrectly arranged vent system. I awoke to both refrigerator and freezer warm and compressor not working on my Whirlpool side-by-side. Called Max Appliance in a panic. Help arrived within 3 hours. Up and working again. Bilal diagnosed my LG dryer as needing a new control board. AMENDED review: The first control board that went in turned out to be defective. It took some arm twisting to get their attention and in the end a negative review seemed to do the trick. They came back out and fixed the dryer up back to 100%. Bilal was punctual, polite and quick.

My dishwasher that is only 3 years old started leaking water, I called and the guy came out in a tiny car, instead of a large van stocked with parts. He said the pump went bad and of course he didn't have the part. A few days later he came back and said he fixed it.
After he left, I saw a large piece of rubber that was left on my counter. I sent him a picture and he said it was fine. I started the dishwasher and when I came back by the kitchen, there was water all over my floor!!!! Nothing has been fixed and I still had the same exact problem. When they first came out, they over priced. I told them i was going to just pay for the service fee because i didnt want to spent $300 on a simple repair. They lowered the price, they fixed my dryer but they damaged my vent. After not doing laundry for a week because they didn't repair it the same service day, i had to wait till Tuesday for them to fix it, now i cant dry my clothes because the air is not venting out. These guys responded very quickly and delivered courteous service when repairing our U-Line undercounter ice maker. They were not inexpensive, but appear to have been thorough with the repair. We'll see how long it lasts. I would use them again.
P.S. The tech failed to diagnose a failure of the machine's display module which had become erratic and unresponsive. I replaced it myself the next day.

This company is truly fantastic! Mike did an awesome job figuring out precisely why my refrigerator had lost it's mind and how to correct it! He was neat, clean in his work and on time.
