I just moved into a new house with a bit of a spider and wasp problem. I sent out several quote requests on Yelp here and heard back from all of them, but John was the most flexible, both in time and in addressing the problems. He was able to come earlier than expected, and he let me add things to my original request, like this open work space under my back patio. He did not put me on a contract because he doesn't usually come out this far, which was most appealing to me. He didn't try to shoehorn my needs into a contract plan.

John at Ace Pest is awesome! We had carpenter ants and he found their colony & killed them, all while being cautious of my young kids and strawberry garden. Then, a few days later, I saw so many more ants and got nervous. I called John who managed to squeeze us in that day, informed me they weren’t carpenter ants, but still sprayed them. He also looked around our home for pest damage. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and stands by his work- highly recommend!

John was so great last year taking care of my carpenter ant issue that I specifically requested to my landlord that we use him again THIS year 😃 (even though it is for a different pest issue). In between then and now he answered my questions that I had about little critters and rodents that I came across 🐭 , advised me on what I could do to help resolve the issue on my own, and opened the door to reach out to him again if that didn’t take care of the problem. He is an honest man who is SUPER educated and enthusiastic about his family business. He will not make you spend money that you do

We have used Ace in the past for control of mice, and one treatment took care of the problem. This time we were suddenly overrun with carpenter ants that made a nest in the blown foam insulation in the attic and were showing up throughout the house. John happened to be in our town and after finishing his current job showed up for our ant treatment within the hour. His search and thorough analysis, explanation and treatment for a reasonable fee was excellent. Won't use anyone else now.

John was my hero yesterday!! I noticed a mouse in the house and had no one around to help me. I called Ace Pest and told John my situation and he said he would come over as soon as he could. In about an hour he came and resolved my issue. Very professional, accommodating, and friendly. Will be using him again in the future! Highly recommend for all your pest needs.
