We used Encantada because they were recommended by our realtor. They were prompt in doing the inspection and getting us the bid, but once we put down our deposit, that's where the customer service ended.

I called this business to request a quote on fixing some roof tiles. She tells me I need to go online and fill out a request, so I did. 5 days later, I get a call saying, that because of the high demand of tile roof repairs, (most likely due to the bad storms Tucson got recently), they are no longer doing any inspections or repairs for tile roofs.
Look, I get it you may be swamped with work due to the storms, seems like a great problem to have as a business, but to turn customers away just seems like bad business practice. If every business did this, how would anyone get their roof repaired?

Encantada did a fantastic job when making repairs to a roof top walk deck. They also were able to get the work completed very quickly (next day) after I shared the need to have the work down timely to help sell the home. The office staff is very responsive while still getting you helpful answers to your questions. I highly recommend them the next time you need roof work. They not only do great work at a great price, but they also listen to the customers needs and try to best accommodate them.
