Francisco, the technician, was very professional, answered all my questions and finished the maintenance timely. He took time to explain the work he would perform and even called me while on the roof to explain a couple of replacement parts needed. He was clear and transparent about the cost to complete the work and gave me a summary when done. Truly 5-star service from beginning to end.

I called early this morning and they managed to squeeze me in - our furnace had decided to stop working spontaneously. The tech let me know when he was close to being here and arrived in the time frame he gave me. It was a relatively easy fix, done quickly, and painlessly. Luckily he had the igniter for my furnace on him, so I didn't have to wait or have him come back out. Thank you Bubba & team for getting this done for me on such short notice, my feet are toasty once again!

1st call of service, blow capacitor - $465, 2nd call of service, apparently thermostat went out, need to replace thermostat. Replaced new Thermostat, it's an Ecobee which cost $100-$150 with our model at Best Buy. THE BILL FOR THIS IS $864... THAT IS CORRECT $864!!... My pilot light kept going out and Luke showed up, on time after giving me a text heads up that he was on his way. He was very friendly and wore his mask the entire time which I appreciated because I have a new baby in the house. He kept me involved every step of the way, told me his plan and solutions for possible issues. He took videos and talked me through why it hadn’t been working. You can tell he really likes his job and knows what he is talking about!

Watts Heating and Cooling has been great! The tech serviced my AC and furnace a few months ago, and then came out again free of charge to check that my AC was working okay on Tuesday. It needed the refrigerant replaced so she took care of that for me as well. She's very knowledgable and personable, and was very COVID-safe. The company is reliable, priced right, and good at what they do. I will definitely be using Watts for all future needs!

Watts Heating and Cooling is amazing. We had them install a gas insert for us and they did an excellent job. There was some confusion caused by NW Natural Gas, and Watts went above and beyond to fix the issue in a very creative way. Ask for Jeromy Brown...he spent hours (literally) with me trying to make sure I was 100% happy with the installation.

Probably the most disorganized company ever. Needed an AC repair done, the first appointment was scheduled on the Friday of that week. The person in charge of quoting never showed up. After a phone call, it was said that they had me for a different day. I wasn't as bothered about it, until they had called to schedule a time for the city inspector to check it out after it was installed. At first, they had me scheduled for a day that I had totally wiped my schedule out for. I've been customer of Jacob's Heating for 13 years, during which time they installed a new furnace and thermostat as well as performed twice yearly maintenance on my furnace and AC. My problem was that the fan was not blowing the heat out at full force. I became frustrated with Jacobs front line (those who answer phones and book appointments) when they would not give me any idea of what I might be dealing with. Not only was I not able to speak to a technician, but they would not relay a message to one. My only option was a $160 MINIMUM service call. I was not opposed to a service call

This company is very professional and knowledgeable. Tanner came to my house to repaired my furnace another company broke. He was very helpful explained everything to me in detail. Tanner gave me recommendation of maintenance work to prolong the life of my furnace. But wasn't a pushy salesmen. They were booked out but was able to work me in. Great service. Service technicians and installers all do quality work. They installed central AC in our house over 7 years ago and have been doing our annual service each year. The first hot day and when we turned the AC on it didn't work. I called Watts who we had used in January to fix our furnace and who's service we thought was friendly and professional. Tanner came out today and quickly determined the issue was related to the work done in January (a loose connection) and fixed it at no charge. Watts Heating did not install our furnace but the company that did installed it incorrectly. They installed a high-efficiency condensing furnace that requires a drain and the drain was installed improperly on the outside of the house. Watts Heating worked on the furnace for the first time last Summer when they did routine maintenance. The Watts Heating technician never mentioned any problem with the drain when he did the maintenance.

I am selling my house and needed to have the furnace serviced so my son and I did the yelp search. Also needed it done asap this company was the best. I have a furnace that works with my water heater and was told by inspector that a new water heater was needed too.
Not knowing what to do I asked the repair man who cleaned and maintained my furnace he said that he would check and see if his company could do the job within a short time I had an estimate. Would highly recommend them

I had a guy from Watt's come out to check on my furnace which was not coming on. After letting me know that it had simply been turned off (silly me), he proceeded to do a thorough diagnostic review. He then charged me almost twice the price I had been quoted on the phone ("because I checked the heat exchanger," he says, even though he had not told me that he was going to do that or that it would cost more money).

The tech that showed up to perform the work on our furnace asked me to leave a rating and I am more than happy to oblige. Excellent customer service from the time I made the appointment all the way through the service call. We had considered replacing our electric furnace, but the friendly tech recommended that wasn't necessary as ours still had a lot of life left.

These guys are awesome! We moved in to a house that, unbeknownst to us, had a very old furnace. On the day we moved in...boom...no heat. It was the first few 30+ degree days in Portland, so many other HVAC companies were unable to help.

OMG, this place was great! Right around the corner from me too! Luke showed up and was professional and just greeat. I have a 1940s home with an old ancient non-furnace heater! I didn't even know how it all worked. He took a look at it and said "no problem!'.
