The 2 Brothers behind the name, Charlie & Kacey, started in the heating and cooling business on their summer vacations helping their dad, and decided to make it their career. They have a lot of experience working in the HVAC industry.
When it comes to installing a HVAC system for your home, whether you are needing heating or cooling or both, having it be as energy efficient as possible is always very high on our priority list. To ensure energy efficiency, we perform Residential Load Calculations, so that the equipment installed is correctly sized for your residence.
And half added to, in 1995. Unfortunately I soon discovered this had not been accomplished with proper attention to heating and cooling. Charlie and Kacey Cruz. He was very happy with their work and fair pricing. They came and did a thorough assessment. They were punctual, polite, efficient, and cost effectively resolved a myriad of problems.

I would highly recommend 2Brothers Heating and Cooling. I have purchased a new furnace and air conditioner unit from them. The experience from the quote to completed installation was excellent! Lisa in the office, Kacey and Charlie go above and beyond to provide quality products and service at a reasonable price. I was fortunate to have heard about them from a neighbor who had a great experience too. I will be recommending them highly to others and can say I feel they are the very best!!!

This business is ligit and I would highly recommend them due to my recent experiences with them.
In late October we began to have issues with our 17+ year old Lennox furnace not heating consistently. I live in Canby so I contacted an outfit in Aurora who originally installed our furnace and air conditioner. I requested to have them come out to troubleshoot the issue with my furnace. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee of $89. I wasn't thrilled with it, but really didn't think I had much of a choice. As I was setting up an appointment I was told I needed to provide a credit card

What more can you ask for. I haven't had a reason to call because the work they did the first time is rock solid. Worth every penny and great peace of mind. I'm updating the review because of the bad story I heard about from a distant friend. I told them about 2Brothers and they are taken care of. Amazing service.

My 5 year old furnace started making a rattling sound and I decided to get it checked. The furnace had not been inspected since installation (5 yrs ago) and I also wanted to get the 21 point inspection done. I called 2 Brothers HnC based on excellent reviews on Yelp and I am very pleased with their service. Lisa (the receptionist) promptly scheduled our service. She is very patient and had a friendly demeanor when dealing with me. Charlie (one of the owners) looked at our furnace. He did a great job and took the time to explain a few basic maintenance items to me. He completed the 21 point inspection

We found this business through our existing systems' website. We wanted to add an additional ductless unit to our system. They were very responsive via email and were able to get us scheduled quickly. They answered all our questions about what our system could handle. They also told us some important tips on the system we had that we didn't know! They were prompt when installing the unit and finished ahead of schedule. It was pouring down rain the day they installed and they were very mindful to not to track mud through the house. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks!

The team at 2 Brothers is incredible. We had them install a ductless HVAC system at our house and they made the process seamless and enjoyable. The crew that performed the work was friendly, timely, considerate and cleaned up when they left. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was ready to use at the end of the day and made it easy to understand how to operate it. Our house stays a constant temperature and the units they installed are incredibly quiet. We opted for the 4 head exterior unit so we can expand in the future but we may not need to because the system is so effective as

Like others said...great experience start to finish. When I called, Charlie came out within an hour or two to talk through my project. He gave me great advice without trying to sell things I didn't need. He was very upfront and easy to work with.
The price was great, scheduling and communication were easy, and the job was done ahead of schedule. They've since followed up to check in and give additional information.

Great experience start to finish! Our air conditioner went out right before a Mid-August heat wave-triple digits for days. My brother highly recommended Charlie to us. He did their furnace last year for a reasonable price. Charlie got back to me the same day I called. Came out that evening to look at the unit and diagnosed the problem. Came back the next day with the part needed and quickly fixed it. Pleasant, prompt, and professional!

Charlie can listen to the sound of air flowing and know how dirty the filters are. He isn't afraid to say, "change the filter, and your AC will work again. You don't need me."
He was right. No fee. No service call. Just a savvy man who knows that eventually I will need him, and I'll remember that he made my problem go away fast.
I almost lost my man card because I didn't think of this myself. Fortunately my skills with a chop saw helped me hang on to it (for now).

Contacted Charlie about a problem with my air conditioning drain. He was on-site in less than a week to inspect the situation and give me a bid. He returned a few days later, after finishing his main job for that day, and completed my work in less than 1.5 hours. The cost was reasonable and I will definitely use this company in the future for any heating or AC work.

These young men are destined to be successful! They provided excellent service at a surprisingly reasonable price. Yes they are brothers but they get along very well . When I needed help with my new mini split that had recently been installed incorrectly they fixed it! Not to mention it was 97 degrees outside and much hotter in the attic!! You won't regret calling them.
