I paid for a service that was not performed, Joey tried to basically call me a liar and stated they technician had come out and put down fertilizer. I have 5 cameras outside of my home not 1 picked him up and I was home that same day, my neighbor which is 4 homes down from mines had their services performed. I noticed she had a sign in her yard showing werr the service was done, Joey kept saying the tech had come but there wasn't anything left saying nor showing he had come out, I asked Joey multiple times why nothing was left and he still has yet to give a reason. I would not recommend using this

Amazing customer service and competitive pricing. Their salesman goes above beyond. Not only will he come out to make sure you get the services you need to make your yard looks it’s very best but he will also make sure you’re not paying for services you don’t need! Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell this is a company that cares about providing the best service for the individual customer.

We have had Poanna/Blue Grass every spring for the last 11 years we have lived in our home. We started using Sunrise last June and this spring 2020 is the first spring we haven't had stitch (not one clump of it) of bluegrass in our yard even though our neighbor who has a yard that connects to ours is full of it.

We have been very impressed with Sunrise's service, and their price makes it a good value. We have used TruGreen in the past, and frankly I expected Sunrise to be a lesser quality. Actually, it seems to be the same quality. I can only tell you 2 differences between Sunrise and TruGreen: (1) Sunrise does not bother us with sales calls, unlike TruGreen, and (2) Sunrise has a better price.
The few complaints that I've heard have come from people who never water their lawns after treatment. (Remember, some of the chemicals used in lawn care are activated by water, so you must water them in.) Seems

I used their service for about a year and never had a weed free lawn. I called and let them know I still had crabgrass last year and they didn’t seem to care. Cancelled last week because my lawn looks awful and they didn’t seem concerned that they had provided poor service and would lose a customer. Lawn was treated three weeks before picture was taken.
UPDATE...
Sunrise called two days after posting the first review and wanted a chance to try to remedy the issues. They have visited and treated twice and as the updated picture shows the weeds are certainly dying. It doesn't look great yet

I am so pleased with my lawn it's so beautiful and green. My 8 year son loves having his friend over to play touch football on it. The staff and owner Kelley Zwiebel are always very sweet and kind when they come do treatments on my lawn. I wouldn't change my services for nothing. The prices are low and dependable. Joey on the sales team is very good at keeping me updated on all new chemicals they use. For me being a woman it's nice to have people like this. If you ever think of having the most respectful and kind company to keep your yard gorgeous. I would call Sunrise.
