I used All Green several years ago and was not pleased with the service. When called this year, the sales person promised that communication and service have changed. After being called every day, I paid for their summer weed & feed services.
Now, I was promised that my lawn would be sprayed for crabgrass and other weeds and fertilized within 2 weeks of purchase; 4 weeks later nothing. Now it's too late for a crabgrass preemergent to be applied. Plus, I called and left messages for them to call me back three days in a row, and I never received a call back. Sure looks like nothing

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - This company is truly despicable. I used them for 4-5 years. When I told a group of friends I was going to cancel their service. They informed me of the sleazy tactics All Green used when canceling service from their experience. So when I called them I recorded the conversation with Cheryl on Sept 13th 2017 . I told her I wanted to cancel my service because they were not getting rid of my creeping Charlie. Cheryl said they had to do one more service and they would do follow ups to fix the problem.
