Horrific experience! They used the fact my father was on hospice and dying of cancer to not complete the work then to bill and harass my father while he was dying. Dad passed in May and starting the day after they started calling my sister and I, we hadn’t even had dads funeral yet! There is still mold all over the house that was never removed or… treated, now they have an Atty calling us yelling at us and telling us we’re horrible people. The job wasn’t done and to take advantage of an elderly man who has cancer was just the lowest thing you can do. No, we aren’t

On Monday the sky decided to open up and release her contents on San Antonio. Normally, I love the rain as San Antonio and my plants needed it, but when the power went out, I grabbed my flashlight and as I was walking around I found myself in a puddle of water. After scanning the ceiling, I noticed a hairline crack forming along the ceiling of… my master bedroom. The crack was saturated and water had begun coming down. I placed a pot underneath and prepared for the worse but luckily the rain slacked up.

Second house, second project to use MacKenzie for and once again great experience. This company has some really great employees and because of the wonderful experience we had with John Knoulton and his crew earlier this year we knew there wasn't anyone else we wanted to be the project manager for this project. When we first called to get things… going we expected it to take awhile to start because of busy schedules but then John called and said Ilie and his crew could get started the next week so things moved quickly. I could not be more impressed with this company, they have all been wonderful! First the water mitigation guys came out to get rid of the water and mold...Lance Taylor, Jason, AB and Kevin...all of them professional, friendly and did a great job. Then Greg Persyn came out and did the estimation and again friendly and helpful. Once the project was… all approved I met John Knoulton who got his crew working on rebuilding everything. John, Eli, Raul, Turtle, Ram and I know there were others..everyone was wonderful! They were all so friendly anytime I stopped by and they did a GREAT job and even
