From the drying out process, coordination, remodeling, etc...They were professional and responsive through this whole experience. Complete Clean Restoration did a fantastic job ushering us through a water damage situation. They worked fantastically with our insurance company! Sammy was our tour guide through the process and did a FANTASTIC job! They brought in a great materials vendor so we could choose the floor we wanted within the claim budget. And when was time to get the work done, it was like clockwork. We knew what was going to happen each day and it DID! The work was completed on time and our new floors look AMAZING!!! We had water damage in the basement and could not determine source. Sammy (who is a first class gentleman) and his team came in and surgically removed the damaged drywall etc... and painstakingly traced the source of the leak to an upstairs shower suffering from grout deterioration.
Cost was transparent and reasonable and service was timely and professional. I would hire this company again and highly recommend it.

Seeing flood damage in your home can be a very intimidating sight but once we called Complete Clean Restoration they made us feel very comfortable and guided us through the whole process. I’m extremely impressed. From customer service to 24/7 services... Complete Clean Restoration was recommended by a friend. I suffer from bad allergies and multiple medical conditions so having a flood was really important to address asap for my health. I was very impressed with the fast response to removing the flood water. One less worry for myself. The professionalism and friendliness of staff were beyond my expectations.

We had water damage in both of our bathrooms and Complete Clean Restoration came to our rescue . They were professional, calm and knowledgeable as to what our needs would be. Responding quickly with water mitigation and drying the affected areas. The office staff answered all questions in such a patient and thorough manner. Assessments and approval were done so quickly by the manager. We had no waiting time. The crew Sammy did the repairs were outstanding. I definitely would use Sammy and Raul for any future repairs .
