DO NOT USE Jenkins Restoration. Move out of HHGs was only thing they did correctly. Flooring repairs had to be redone 4 times. Project Manager was non-existent. Only showed up at beginning of project. 2 month project ended up taking 6 months. Tried to use sub-standard materials, which were rejected because they were not the original hardwood materials. After getting insurance company involved, Jenkins still tried to use a substitute wood, which was not the original wood being replaced. Quarter round wasn’t sawed at the ends, but broken off. No pride in their work. Stay away from them.

Water damaged floors and they wanted to save money and replace some on the damage, which cause rest to mold. Bad company.
I did call Brain. He tried to plan the carpenters before even coming out and look and inspect. Made no sense how he trying to not take blame like some child, but thanks for the paragraph really helped.

Joshua Armstrong was very pleasant and worked very hard as did Walker Mullinex. They stayed until the job was completed even though it was late. Joshua explained everything to us clearly and was very careful with our furniture.

Eric and his team did an excellent job in restoring the damaged area to its original state. My house is 85yrs old, with all stucco walls, and the space they were restoring was a 9’x5’ hole in the ceiling if my foyer. Eric was professional, a great communicator and very professional. His follow through was excellent and timely. He explained the scope of the job and answered all my questions with a phone call or a text. The contractors he arranged to work on my repair were the best!! I would highly recommend this company and Eric as well.

The Jenkins Environmental team that took care of remediation efforts at our home were courteous, humble, and professional at all times. They were by far one of the best crews we have EVER had work at our home. From the project manager to the guys who did the remediation, they were all conscientious about the quality of the job, communicating what was going on, and overall satisfaction. They were careful not to damage anything while working and responsive to address an issue on a weekend (they were at the house within 45 minutes!). I hope to never need their services again, but I would highly recommend

Daniel M. and his team came to my home and made everything feel at ease. There professionalism they displayed during the process was one of a kind there not many people that go above and beyond what there jobs call for. They took care of things that were needed in a timely manner. Attention to details and explanation and of what was going to be done was spot on.
