This was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time in terms of craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall work ethics. Gary Brown, Andrew Johnsen, and Xavier Urias should be commended for a job well done. Despite the severe damage caused by a leak in my master bedroom, these guys did what appeared to be the impossible and recovered the damaged area with purpose, precision, and passion. Thelma as well as her helpers especially, the movers and Joel were great to work with as well as the demo crew. Anyone that can work as hard as they did in 100 degree environment as effectively as they did definitely gets my vote, and I have never seen a demo crew take flooring and baseboards out of a house so efficiently. The guys came in and handle all in a professional matter. Answered all my questions and were very polite. I can't remember all thr names but there was one I dealt with more. His name was Anthony. Some work has not started yet, but I give my trust to Stephen Pierce, he is honest, reliable. Our house will get repaired and I will post another review on the finished project. My house was damaged by a neighbors house fire. Unfortunately they lost their home, but ours had smoke and half of my home got fire damage. USAA contacted ServPro NE to clean up after a busted water pipe in my attic. They got there within a few hours and immediately began the water mitigation and packing of my personal belongings. Once notified of the damage to our home from an attic water pipe leak, Servpro was called in to clean up the mess. Servpro technicians Charles and Jose were awesome in everything they did. They removed appliances to be stored, took down a large storage cabinet, and before leaving they cleaned up after the work was done. The y quickly removed all water-soaked drywall, insulation and baseboards quickly, professionally and friendly. They brought in three blowers and a dehumidifier which took days to dry all the water-soaked wall studs, bottom and top plates. They All my questions were answered to
