I entered an agreement with this business in March 2017 that they would do contractor work for a rehab loan for us after taking bids in February of 2017. Since it is a 203K rehab loan, the contractor we choose must commit to the work otherwise the home purchase will not close. He stated he understood that and had done "several" 203K rehab loan jobs before. Fast forward 2 months later on May 1 as we're a week from closing, and the contractor decides he no longer wants to do the work because he doesn't want to pull permits from Cook County -- even though we had the conversation

Worst contractor ever! If you want to be stolen from then this is your company. Manny the owner took a $2000.00 deposit and didn't finish the job, broke things, didn't do the plumbing correctly and refused to fix the mistakes. He and his helper used my place like it was a garbage bin. We've posted pictures on google review and only a few. He left his cups, food, littered on the floor, didn't clean up his mess from the work areas, damaged brick, filled up a drain with brick mortar and then threw his dusk mask over it, damaged personal property and tried to hide it so we wouldn

Very good craftsmanship, good eye to detail and Manny is a very reasonable and prompt professional! THey did what they said they would do and price that was quoted was spot on! Would recommend
