This company and these reps are so disrespectful! They completely ignore the NO SOLICITING signS around my home that I specifically put up for this solar company. They knock and ring your doorbell repeatedly which they know is against the law because it states it on their license. If I ever wanted to get solar your company is the last place I'd go!!! These companies don't know why you have a No Soliciting sign, you could be working from home, you could have a sick person at home. Which you don't need to explain either way they NEED to respect when they see these signs. They are there

Extremely aggressive sales tactics used by this company. Had 2 of their reps (Andrea Carter, who was vile) come by my door, WITHOUT MASKS. I told them I wasn't interested. Instead of saying "have a good day" and leaving, she insulted my intelligence for not accepting their offers to take my money. I stopped them from visiting our next door neighbors and she called me every insult in the book. Not sure how that is supposed to work as a sales tactic, but this woman shouldn't be working for your company, or anywhere around people.

I go for the review of Luke C. because we have the same experience...the solar panel are not giving enough power hence i am paying double ..bills from NVenergy and SolarEdge under legacy..their technician called me and asked me to add additional panel which will cost additional payment of $30 ..why should i pay? Isn't it that they are supposed to fix the problem because they were not able to delivered as they promise?

This was an interesting encounter.Two young man show up at my door saying they are with Legacy power. In order for them to see if they can save me money they want to take a picture of my power bill?? Not once did they mention they were a Solar Company, where they are located nor did they offer any supporting information such as a pamphlet or website.
Needless to say I was not about to provide that and after confirming the company name, I told them I would look up their company and if I was interested I would give them a call.
This is just a suggestion but you may want to lead with more information

Connected me with an installer (Empire Solar) that now is apparently out of business. Equipment failed after less than 1 year. Now I'm paying for solar that doesn't produce in addition to my normal old electric bill (i.e. I'm paying 2x the cost for power than I was before I got solar!!). They didn't return my phone calls asking for recommendations and assistance on what I should do. I suppose I can go hire a different solar company to fix the work, which will come out of my own pocket but should really be coming out of their pocket. Stay far away, terrible company who doesn

Trespassing on private property, ignoring no soliciting signs, and when asked to leave, he walked about 20 feet away (still on private property) and acted like he was busy doing something on his tablet, waiting for me to go away.
Multiple complaints on here about these guys doing this same thing. Obviously the company doesn't care to properly train their sales staff, so I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything else.

Loved that they were so professional about the COVID 19 epidemic showed up with mask and left the shoes at the door and were very polite and enthusiastic about what they do and very up front, and making sure the customer understands what they are getting equipment wise, so a big shout out to Kevin Clark and vinny mattiello!!! Very disappointed with LGCY. They started out good and communication was very good including installation from SunRun. But after installation they seemed to forget about us. 3 1/2 months later and our system is still not turned on. They said everything was ok and should work, but breakers and disconnect were off and no nothing happening. We called numerous times and they all said they were going to check it out and get back to us. Days and weeks later people call, but still not working and would not recommend LGCY.

And he still knocks as well not listening when I said he should NOT be knocking in people's door especially with signs.
Don't bother me in my house, don't knock in my door, don't invade gated neighborhoods. In the Covid-19 era, don't get close to me or my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian Ralston at LGCY power did such a fantastic job with our solar! The installation crew was great as well! They were in and out in hours and explained everything in detail to us.
We had so many reps from other places come by and try and SELL us on solar.
Brian educated us on solar and the net metering program, he didn't try to sell us anything.. on top of that he's just a great person who loves that he can make a difference in our environment! We greatly appreciate him for everything he has done and can not wait for our solar to be completely turned on!!
