Dry Star Restoration
Drystar came to my home as soon as possible after we had a serious toilet leak which flooded to the downstairs. Their employees were knowledgeable and courteous and got the house cleaned up and dried fast. Jenna at the front desk was especially helpful in arranging and coordinating all the work. I highly recommend them!

What an amazing company! From my first call with Robbie to meeting with John to meeting Marty for the start of the clean up. They were so fast to respond to our needs. We had a condo that flooded and they got there so quick and started clean up right away. They had to remove cabinets, all appliances, and furniture had to be trashed.

This is now be my only go to company for restoration services asnd i highly recommend them to anyone! I would give more then 5 stars if I could. Drystar Restoration has been a leader in water damage restoration in Arizona since 2012. Dry Star is devoted to customer support and restoring your home or business back to pre loss condition.

Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals.
Specific moisture detecting tools are used to determine where the water has migrated. All of these areas are addressed and properly dried as well. Any structural damage is repaired or replaced. Great care and up to date techniques are used to prevent damage from warping, swelling, buckling and delaminating.
The first 24 to 48 hours after fire damage are known as the "golden hours" of recovery. An effective emergency response that quickly stabilizes the facility ensures the recovery of as much property as possible. The acidic soot and smoke damage that is often produced when fires are extinguished accelerates the deterioration and corrosion of building components and vital assets.
Inhalation exposure to mold Indoors can cause health effects in some people. Molds produce allergens (substances that can cause allergic reactions) that may cause irritants and in some cases, can produce potentially toxic substances or chemicals (mycotoxins). Inhaling or touching mold or mold spores may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
Storm and flood damage require state-of-the-art restoration techniques and equipment. When a storm hits your home or office, you need the company with years of storm damage experience and expertise. We respond immediately to storm and flooding conditions. Time is crucial in limiting the damage, call Dry Star as soon as you notice water, leak, damage.

Robert at dry Star always makes sure our family is well taken care of. The first time we used them, our kitchen sink had leaked and caused water damage through our cabinetry etc and everything had to be ripped out and replaced. It ended up being a much bigger job than we expected, but we got to add the changes to the kitchen we wanted in the process and it’s was a smooth process over all. The second time, we found mold in one of our bathroom cabinets from an outside source. They came quickly and removed the mold and quoted repair. They are honest and reliable and make sure you’re well taken

It started off with having a new sink put in and the person from Lowe's recommended DryStar. DryStar came immediately and explain how they would dry my kitchen under the sink out and then give me a whole new kitchen without having to pay a cent. He was one smooth talker. Called my insurance and explain what DryStar was going to do for me. My insurance lady said that she would prefer to work with her people. So from then on my kitchen was tore up couldn't use it they put in a plastic sink in there for me. And then I waited for it to dry. Then they came out tour of the kitchen put it all

I have struggled with DryStar and been passed around from person to person within their company. They were on top of things in the dry out/deconstruction phase but the reconstruction has been like pulling teeth to get installers scheduled. We started this process 2 months ago and are nearly done but still not over the finish line.

DryStar did an amazing job on my home and Noah took his time and went the extra mile to thoroughly explain the process of all the work that needed to be done. He was very patient with explaining things to me over the phone and in person. He got things done in a very clean & quick matter. And made sure to keep updating me on all the process which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company!

The worst! Stay away at all costs. Initially they were responsive and kept appointments and once they got payment, stopped responding, didn't finish work, 12 weeks later and my floor is still pulled up and baseboards are still missing. They won't call me back, won't send the emails I've requested with the scope of work. Abbi is nice until you question their process and portray an unhappy customer, then she's rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure what background Martin comes from but he can't manage a project. Just stay away folks! Save yourself the burden

A microburst hit my house. Drystar was initially responsive and arrived with a dehumidifier. Then days went by. I called to remind them we needed testing and demo done. Each step required multiple requests for action. When I explained what I needed done as a customer due to future plans I had for the space the damage occurred in, my requests were largely ignored. I simply asked for the ceiling to be repaired at the joists so that I can install lighting in the future without dealing with a jigsaw puzzle in my attic space. I was told by Noah that 'it's done this way all the time' and

My folks had roof damage that led to water damage in the ceiling. They are old and unable to take care of things like this these days so it was such a relief dealing with this company. Noah was out here the very next day with Aiden to access the damage and was very kind and patient explaining the situation to not only me but my elderly grandparents as well. David and Jacob came by a few days later and were in and out within 2 hours. They removed the damaged area and cleaned up quickly and were a joy to have in my home. Very respectful and professional. Overall I would recommend dry star to anyone

Quick to respond to a leak and tear apart the home as well as sending duplicate invoices throughout the week to get paid. NOT responsive in the least as far as repairing my home. Also willing to drop $1,500 off the bill just for a "good" review...that's concerning! They attempted to convince me that my home needed to be completely re-tiled under the pretense they wouldn't be able to find a tile match. After OVER A MONTH of hearing NOTHING AT ALL, had to call them and provide them with the tile info that was readily available after a 5 minute Google search by my girlfriend! They never attempted

Update - 7/1/21

Richard,

You conveniently left out the most relevant parts.

The stand alone cabinet you bought in the photo below, is to replace the cabinet and door your company lost. Not only that, but the cabinet you bought is not in the quote, not in the scope agreed to match my cabinets, not part of your cited line items (doors not included), and was not agreed to by me. I am not paying for your companies mistake of loosing my door. If you want to make charges fair - pay me for the

We had a devastating flood and DryStar came recommended. They were available and friendly at 1am, always on time and very professional. They only did the work that was needed and handled all the communications with my insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to family and friends. Thank you to DryStar!

Dry Star did the water mitigation after a water leak in my kitchen. They then did the restoration. I was impressed with the level of respect shown to me, and also the respectful interaction between the workers: Raphael, Miguel, Elvin and Jesus. Their objective was to leave the job site clean after each work day, and also to make sure I was happy with the quality of their work through each step. They were pleasant to have around.

This company is terrible. Martin is even more Terrible he lacks customer service. He lacks knowledge of the projects he has at hand and this is the companies PROJECT MANAGER. I called him cause I was told he would schedule someone for the "final touches" so I called and he says " what final touches" Umm the toilet that was taken off, the door that was removed, the base boards??? I also call once and he said after I said my name. "Yeah"

The floor guy took 30 hours (3 days) to do a one day tile job in a BATHROOM! He left our front door wide open several times even

The estimate they gave us had items and work that were not even related to the damaged. The estimate was 3 times the amount of 2 other estimates. They prefer to work directly with your homeowners insurance....maybe because they are overcharging. Do not use this company! Avoid them at all costs.

If you ever have the very unfortunate experience of having your house flooded with inches of water, I hope you will get to work with a company like Drystar Restoration.

My family and I were having a mini staycation for the turn of the new year. We were only gone for a day and a half and in that time our house flooded due to a broken water line. You can imagine our grief to discover our ruined furniture, walls, floors and cabinets. After turning off the main water line, I called our normal plumber and he came out and did what he could. He recommended Drystar and I'm glad he did. I spoke

Do not use this company! They say the job will be finished in 3 days.. they mean 3 months. They disrespect your home and never show up on time or at all at that. Contacted the owner no response, now they're just calling us to collect the rest of their money. They did awful work nothing about it looks professional. They argue back with us about everything, the list goes on. I will continue to bad mouth this company and hope no one uses them. Stay away!

AVOID!

In fairness to the restoration side (we dealt with Garrett who was exemplary as was the work his team did), it's the mitigation side of Drystar which we have the issues with.

Overcharging. You get charged $153.39 for them to answer the phone. Item #1 on their invoice "Emergency business call - during business hours". Yup, wasn't after hours.....

Debris "hauling" - by their own invoice they removed 48' of 3" baseboard and 1 sq ft of drywall - hauling/dump fees $117.85

"Monitoring" - Ha, whatever! We have a log sheet from one of Drystar

My plumber recommended this company after a small flood. I wish I had read the reviews and more importantly the reviews that aren't rated, somehow all the bad ones are thereFriendly and helpful at first but it there service quickly falls apart. I think the company means well but the guys in the field either don't care or are not knowledge enough in customer interaction or their process. It's water damage, it messes people's life up and they want to have an idea of when and how it going to get back to normal. Again this company is unable or it's employees are unable

Drystar sure came out fast. And they also talked the talk, but even trying to get free of them, I am still dealing trying to get my countertop they only in final days of dealing, took for "safekeeping" at the last minute after weeks in the carport, while promises to take to safekeeping no showed. Drystar finally took the bar counter into their storage, now I can not even get them to respond to my asks to get it back. Earliest on, they demanded it stay on site, then they agreed to carry it to my storage, no showed, and then, after I started calling out their bluffs and stalls, they do

Several weeks ago I came home from being away, and found my kitchen faucet had broken and left water all over. I immediately drove to Lowe's and bought a new sink/faucet (my old one was dated). Today Justin and Dalton came to do the preparation for the repair. They were so polite and efficient. They went about the job and worked well together. They kept everything cleaned-up as they worked. I have great confidence in how they explained to me how the process would go and found their straightforward manner helped me to be able to not have any surprises. If you have a water emergency, I
