I have 23 panels that was suppose to give me 50-60% off my electric bill. I am still paying the same amount monthly for electricity and then the monthly amount for my loan on the panels. I had my panels installed around march 2020. Up and running around April 2020. To this day my consumption has changed very little from before solar to after solar. The only reason it changes is because of the weather, if it is hotter than usual my air runs more, but when it is cooler our windows are open. Our thermostat has never changed. Gage Mueller was the reason why we chose SunPro. We had been thinking of getting solar panels for a few years. Our schedules are crazy, but Gage patiently came on the weekends as well as in the evenings to answer our questions, come up with a plan for how many panels we needed, and help us understand the financing. I have received 84 calls from this company in the last 10 days. 12 of them today alone. I have asked them to stop calling me on multiple occasions. I have emailed them a request to stop, called their service line to beg them to please stop calling me every hour of every day but they continue to harass me with calls about how I qualify for "free solar".

Because we are concerned about the integrity of the Texas power grid and the potential for rolling blackouts, we decided to research options for a whole house backup power solution. We decided to see if Solar power was a viable option instead of investing in a whole house backup generator. NIGHTMARE install... NIGHTMARE company.
First- they didn’t send the crews out with proper equipment to install my 77 panels and dig a 150’ foot trench from my barn to my house. If it wasn’t for the scissor lift that I allowed them to use they would have had to carry 77 panels 15’+ to the top of my barn. Also, the electrical design was not the one we had discussed. I had to saw cut my own walkway and replaced concrete because the “electrician” couldn’t get the pipe pushed through. They sent 2 guys to hand dig a 150’ trench from my barn to my house. I scheduled a consultation through a solar web site. The salesman came out and did a good job explaining SunPro's benefits, warranty, guarantees, etc. Very friendly and personable. They appear to have a quality product, and they look at multiple energy usage factors/opportunities for improvement as part of their offering.
However, after doing some research and checking multiple online tools regarding what I needed to fulfill my energy requirements, I found that they were recommending a system almost twice the size (89 panels vs 50-60 panels) of what I needed based on usage history and assumptions

They did a great job helping us through the maze of Denton Solar Rebates. They did so much more to help us make our house more energy efficient and when they found out that our steel roof required different skills, they found a contractor that specializes in that type of roofing. I had solar panels installed back in February, from Sunpro. We thought that they were going to be a great company. We were told that we were guaranteed at least 88% coverage on our energy costs for the next 25 years. We do understand that as the panels age they will be less efficient. So after spending over $50,000 not one day has our energy usage been covered. Not for even one day in the state of Texas on a beautiful sunny day. We had an appointment for 10:00am Friday. At 10:30 I called to check on the appointment. They returned my call at 11:00 said there was a problem with the consultant. Told me they could have some one come out sometime today if I would be home all day. Will never do business with a company that cannot keep appointments or call and reschedule. READ THIS BEFORE BUYING! We bought solar panels from Sunpro back in March. They cost roughly $30k. The biggest selling point to me and the only reason I was ok with spending that much was the fact that, according to them, for every $1 you save on electricity annually, you can add $20 to the value of your house. For us, that came up to $20,000. With the $10,000 tax credit that would essentially pay for the solar panels. Adding value to the house is a total LIE! We have talked to multiple realtors, and mortgage lenders. The realtors have told us it doesn't matter that we added solar panels,
