The patio door slides on rollers that are found at the bottom. Top track is a guide only. With time the bearings wear out and the sliding door rollers stop moving. We will analyze your door before we start replacing any sliding door parts. We specialize in fixing and replacing worn out rollers, we repair damaged tracks, replace locks, so you can enjoy your sliding door once more.

Every aspect of this experience was excellent. Scheduling my appointment was easy via phone. A reminder was sent to me a few days prior to my scheduled appointment. Maurice called when he was 35 minutes out from arriving at my house. Once he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and efficient with his work. Maurice left his work area spotless and provided instructions for maintenance to keep my door operating smoothly. It's truly refreshing to come across a contractor that takes pride in their work the way Maurice does. I would certainly call Phoenix Sliding Doors again if/when I needed work

The whole experience was easy from scheduling to the crew calling before hand to let me know they were on their way and their ability to quickly fix my sliding glass door so now it opens with ease. This company is absolutely fantastic for use relative to sliding doors. We were extremely impressed by their honesty, friendliness, professionalism, and directness. We have two large, relatively new, glass sliding doors that were giving us a significant problem with opening. We thought we were going to have to spend a great deal of money to address the problem. Maurice and another gentleman came out and diagnosed a very simple fix. They took care of the whole problem in about 10 minutes, vacuumed out the door channels, and cleaned up after themselves. I felt almost embarrassed at having to pay

From start to finish I was pleased with Phoenix Sliding Doors. Melissa was fantastic to communicate with for scheduling (we had an "urgent" situation). The technicians showed up on time, were very understanding, and worked quickly and efficiently to get our door back to functioning properly (after replacing what needed to be replaced). Very happy with the end result and will use them again if needed! Highly recommended!

I just realized I forgot to post my review of Phoenix Sliding Doors and wanted to make sure I let everyone know how amazing this company is. I don't often post reviews, unless the experience is either amazingly good or absolutely horrible. In the case of Phoenix Sliding Doors the experience was absolutely amazing!! My sliding door barely worked and I mean barely. My kids could barely open and close it. After a lot of research I decided to give Phoenix Sliding Doors a call. The entire experience from initial contact to follow up after completion of the repair were above and beyond expectations. The initial questions were answered with complete cost and detailed description of scope of the job. They called ahead to advise of their arrival and were very prompt with the repair and professional in every aspect. Since we were out of town we paid by phone. They made every aspect easy. I would highly recommend them for any sliding door repairs needed. Great company!

Really the best!! I appreciate Mike so much for taking the EXTRA effort to replace the rollers on my sliding glass door. The door had installation imperfections when it was built many years ago. Not a normal fix!
With Mike's experience and knowledge, he was able to replace the rollers. Lucky me. Very reasonable cost too.

I just had Phoenix Sliding Doors at my home. First, the answered my call quickly and fit me into their schedule for Memorial Day as we needed our sliding screen door fixed before we left town. Very accommodating. Maurice and a college came on time, called me 20 minutes before they got here and fixed my door in 15 minutes. Excellent experience. Will use them again. I highly recommend!
