The technician was earlier than expected, arrived within a couple hours of my phone call in requesting an emergency repair, completed the job that day, and provided a reasonable rate for the service. Had peter come out to repair my furnace which was not working. After inspecting it he went to Plymouth to get a new gas valve which was a hard to get product. He came back and installed it and withing an hour, I have heat. An amazing commitment at a very reasonable price. Thanks Peter.

We reached out to Vann Heating & Air for a standard furnace tune-up and were able to get an appointment rather quickly. They had great communication and even let me know when they were on their way to our location. The tune-up was completed in an efficient manner, so no complaints here! Little bit high on price for a tune-up, but I wasn't searching for a bargain. We will probably call them again for next year's tune-up.

Fantastic service, quality, and responsiveness!! I had called to get a second-opinion on whether or not we needed a new AC unit. The woman that took the call so so incredibly helpful and determined that we may just need a repair. Within a few hours, their maintenance person came out and determined that we needed a little fill of refrigerant. Was so incredibly thankful of this quick, affordable fix rather than the other guys telling me I needed a new unit. Would definitely recommend and will only be coming through them from now on!!

Had an emergency issue with our furnace in the winter. Not the best time for your heat to stop working in Minnesota. Called Vann and they were able to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Vann Heating & Air for standard maintenance on your furnace and air conditioner.
