I have never had better services from a company!!! My dryer went out and Mr. Elvin came out almost immediately. He quickly diagnosed the dryer, repaired it and even worked on some minor issues with my fridge, and dishwasher. When there was an issue discovered that may affect the way my dryer worked he took time away from his family, called me and came back on a Saturday!! I can’t thank Mr. Elvin enough. I will be using them for all my repair needs from here on out!!

Update: soon after the review was published, the guy CAME STRAIGHT TO MY HOUSE, without any prior notice, rang the doorbell, woke up my very sick little daughter, and in a passive-aggressive manner and threatening tone declared that he is an excellent professional who does not deserve my negative review.

I called to have my refrigerator repaired. The dispatcher worked with my schedule and was very courteous .The next day the tech Jay, arrived on time and was also very courteous and very professional. Jay was our technician for the service call. He was on time, professional and quickly diagnosed the issue.
It was a difficult part to get to but he made it look simple. Solid repair at a very fair price, and did I mention they were able to work us in to their schedule same day!
